This is a good team shooter with great graphics so it gets one star for that, I unfortunately had to knock 4 stars off.Firstly because off the nonsensical irritating booster pack registration which a month later still denies me access to a game i paid for.After five attempts with different soldier names and email address's ,I find it hard to believe that EA have the nerve to force you to sign up to a members account ,why on earth can't i just input the serial as with the special forces pack?It seems that this is a common problem so don't bank on being able to register your booster packs or use them ,Extremely frustrating!Also after playing online against players who seemed to be cheating it turned out they had the unlocked weapons that are better ... This game is superb, the graphics are really well done and the sounds are spot on, its also not a system hog, a few people may niggle about the storyline, but I mean c'mon you get to blow stuff up, reverse time then watch it blow up again in glorious 3d. I will keep this review short and sweet and finish off with that this game is just very good fun to play.

Although this game is quite old, the enjoyment gained when one plays this game easily compares to modern day games like GTA. The graphics are simple but realistic and doesn't require a top class PC at all. The gameplay is very easy to learn and once you have played it for about a week, you will be hooked. I currently go to a high school and out of a 1000 pupils, over 100 play this game because it is so enjoyable. Even though we have access to more modern games, we still choose this because it is absolutely amazing.
FUN. SIMPLE. ADDICTIVE. = GREAT BUY

GSP Bus Simulator (PC CD)

I have tried other simulations: Tricycle Simulator, Bicycle with Adjustable Stabiliser Simulator - advancing eventually to Unaided Bicycle Simulator - but Bus Simulator really hits the spot.

First of all, it is best to leave your toilet unflushed for a week with the bathroom door open. This adds to the atmosphere perfectly, as if you are in a real city bus!

You can select difficulty levels from novice to professional driver. Be prepared though, in professional mode you will be taking on the virtual bus route, the burger fries and coke balancing task, mobile phone calls to the bookies and partaking in some very constructive conversation with your Kappa cladded girlfriend as she remains constantly by your side throughout the entire route.

I was reccommeded by a friend to buy this game so i did. when i first played it i thought the graphics were amazing and the gameplay also briliant. when you play it you get a real sense of being in a war. the ai's are exellent because unlike in older games they don't all aim at you. The only let down in this game is when you plug in a games controller you have to program the controls manualy. Otherwise this game is BRILIANT!!!!

I bought this a few days ago, and couldn't wait to get it installed on my laptop. Unfortunate really, because waiting is what you have to do!!!

I have never seen such a tortuous install routine. The load off the installation DVD took about 30 minutes. On starting the game, it said it needed a patch and proceeded to download a 110Mb monster file, quit the game and applied it. Fair enough - but on restarting the game, exactly the same thing happened again- I was told I needed another patch (again over 100Mb in size) after downloading, the game exited and applied it.

This happened a further 3 times, each patch being over 100Mb. It took well over 2 hours to get the game installed, and enough patches downloaded and applied before I could get the ... Read More:

To celebrate the anniversary EA offered up the 1995 CnC for free download. This kind of compilation would be great in a half-price sale, then you'd only be paying for the add-ons that you might have missed.

Anyone who has bought, played and kept all the old games from the past, this compilation's pointless, and brand new PC owners might want to just buy a combined CnC 3 with Kane's Wrath add-on and start from there. Hearing from other reviews that Tiberian Sun's just as buggy as it was before is another personal minus, I'll stick with my retail copy from back then. However with Red Alert 3 on its way fairly soon, EA can re-issue this one every so often and it might eventually become more worthwhile.

Complexity is toned down a lot from Empire Earth 2 but this game in the series is far too simple, graphics are very low-grade considering the size of the hard-drive used and its development date. The different unit speeches when moving are incredibly cheesy and i had to turn them off on the first map if i was ever going to enjoy this game.

I'm not sure if playing it on Vista caused this problem but when i built walls the enemy were still able to cross through them if they kept trying and also if they set a path to travel pre-wall they could still go through. Also the builders kept getting stuck inside the wall!

There aren't actually many issues with the game other than the capacity in which you can develop your `empire' is very limited due to limited ... Read More:

A note of caution - this is a great game, but I've had problems with it falling over at random intervals. This wouldn't ordinarily be a huge problem, but there's no autosave function and with a game this engaging it's difficult to remember to save your city at regular intervals - A few times I've lost 2+ hours of progress with a crash.

My copy is fully patched, and when the game crashes it returns you to the desktop - no message, no warning, just lots of frustration.
