The Movies is a fun game for everyone not just film fans.. In the movies you are the CEO of a brand new movie makeing stuido in 1920 and have to gide it through the evevelosen of cinama. You have to do EVERYTHING it is mot just about the movies you make is is also about the stars you hire and the coices you make. THe game is A LOT of fun and you will come out of playing it haveing learnt that it is not so easy being a film maker.

This game is very addicitve and i found it hard lo leave it alone. but unfortunatly the constant crashing of this games becomes to much of a nusicence to bother starting it up again. I love this game and feel it is one of stardocks greatest creations, however i couldnt give it 5 stars due to the presistant crashing of the game. All in all a good buy if your not easily annoyed.

This is a really good game and it's really fun. Here are a few warnings though:
1. Me and my friend both have sims deluxe and we installed the same extention pack. But then she had to give it to her cousins and we had to uninstalled it. Now the game won't work.
2. You have to intall the extention packs in a certain order! I don't know what order though, Sorry! My friend did it in the wrong order and it won't work.
3. My friends started to work but crashes from time to time and now has 8 villages!!!

A really excellent experience-and one for the Command and Conquer hall of fame-in context perhaps not better than the older red alerts and command and conquers-but an improvement with the times and consistent with the quality we have come to expect.
Firstly-the complaints about the game that I've heard:
1. If you have a problem with the graphics being too high-what are we supposed to lower the quality of the graphics just because they don't run on some peoples machines?-and if you had a 32mb graphics card when this was released then you're just pushing it-advance with the times. The graphics are excellent, 3d, exciting and explosive-see your jets home in on and destroy enemy positions with missiles or hundreds of tanks advance across the landscape.

I found it hard to have a real overview of your nation and forces when you can't zoom out enough to see your entire nation or even half of it.
I lost focus on what was going on when I couldn't see all the kinds of activities that took place around my nation.

And where is the ability to change view?
Why make a game where you can only view things from one perspective?

It's pretty fun to play though up until things get really busy then I lost focus.

So I bought this supposidly XP version for my new PC and it doesn`t work
When you install, it says it needs Service pack 3 - strange as its still only on beta release, so I downloaded Service pack 3, the game still does not run and my PC is screwed up and so I`m having to reinstall Windows, nightmare!

I think some of these reviews were written too soon. I have played a few months and yes it is harder but the game play has improved immensely. You just need time to master it. I think FIFA need to work on these bugs before they release the game. There are a lot of odd things here from the commentary being totally wrong, or your defenders standing aside as the PC strikers run towards goal.. Aside from that the management section is as good as it gets.
