USB makes this an excellent purchase for the price it is.

However. There are 4 main buttons and 2 shoulder ones. It handles fairly well but it is not a great controller. Only played it with the FIFA games, Grim Fandango and Monkey island 4 and all of them really need more buttons.

Right, apart from the lack of buttons it really is excellent for the price. Sturdy but lightweight. Slight problem i find is that they have built it the same way you hold a steering wheel, so the d-pad is turned slightly clockwise but you get used to that quite quick.

Conclusion: Excellent price, USB is fantastic, plug it in and installs itself. But if you need more than 6 buttons, i wouldnt recommend it.

Real World Golf with GameTrak (PC CD)

The game is great especially on cold wet days when you wouldn't want to be out on the real course. You can play a variety of courses and with a little thought can quickly improve. The only real problem I have is short shots around the green. You have to take short slow swings to send the ball the right distance. Putting is the opposite long swings are needed to get the correct distance. However once you get used to the system it is fine. This is the most real Golf Game I have played and I would thoroughly recommend it. At this price it is a bargain.

Before I ordered this product, I was a bit hesitant and confused whether or not its the perfect one; but thanx to all the people who had left their reviews or comments to help others making their decisions.
This joypad is great so far.. although I haven't tried playing and finishing a game with it; but for the winning eleven football, its just like the PS" controller.. I only gave it 4 stars cuz I haven't tried it that much.. But right until this moment I give it 5 stars (and btw, mine is a referbished one cuz unfortunately the new ones were outta stock and I am so impatient :p)
And I gotta say...Amazon delivery is more than great, as well as their Customer Services who answer your queries ASAP (by email).

Wingman Wireless Gamepad

I looked at the various wireless controllers for the PS2 and settled on this one. But was v.disappointed.
It gave me two weeks of moderate game play before the L3 stick stopped working properly. I've since seen other reviewers mention this same issue.
Secondly, the Dpad was useless! Before the L3 gave out I'd already switched back to the normal controller because the game required the Dpad exclusively to move the characters.
Lastly, this model is now old. Logitech have just brought out their 'precision' controller for PS2 (Xbox as well).
I sent the other one back and now have this new one. Too early to comment other than to say, it's smaller, lighter (only take two batteries) and it appears that the Dpad issue has been fixed.
