yeah i too was a c64 and amiga addict and this joystick truly brings back
a lot of good things of the time i found the joystick stability is pretty much it was as in the good days ,last reviewer complaning about the buttons?hey even with the original joystick of the time you still had to press propley in the center ?probley been using gamepads to long.
ok i'am off now to play bombjack

Logitech G25 Racing Wheel (PC)

I've been after one of these since buying a ps3 but was put of by the £200+ price tag. I also have a 360 wireless wheel and there is no comparison. The G25 feels stronger and the feedback is more realistic and F1, GT5 and ferrari challenge all run as smooth as you like.

For the price this keyboard is fantastic. Its very comfortable to use for long periods of time and the backlights are a brilliant idea when playing games- or even just typing in the dark! The macro keys are also very useful and the software that comes with the board is very easy to use, easily allowing you to quickly assign keys a function. You can also record macros while in game with the simple press of a key.
All in all a very good keyboard!

MERC Stealth Keyboard (PC)

While a brilliant Stallion of a gaming keyboard, the Stealth is a carthorse when it comes to typing. The keyboard is also gaming standard - which means its built to take punishment, not touch-type. The main custom gaming pad built into the left-hand side only has rubberised keys, which quickly wear. On plus side it looks great and the choice of colours is not just a gimmick - certain colours work better than others at certain times of the day. I am still none the wiser as to some of the LED's as the documentation sucks, because there is no keyboard layout diagram. Overall good build quality, should last longer than my last, but then it cost over twenty times as much!!

will this work on any game?
these games state 360controller!!
please is any one out there that can help?

This looks, feels and performs like a quality controller, and that's how it was for the first three weeks, then all of a sudden, one of the D-pad buttons failed, and a closer inspection revealed that one of the small tabs mounted on the pad had broken off. I also found that the action buttons felts a bit 'sticky' just at the point where you required a quick release.
I hadn't read any other negative reviews, so I may just have been unlucky.

Extreme 3D Pro Joystick (PC)

I'm a fairly heavy gamer and have used this joystick for one to two hours every night since I bought it a month ago. Overall so far I am impressed with this joystick. It is very accurate and responsive, the buttons are good and the whole thing feels comfortable and I think it's a great buy.

Pros: usb connector and that's it, no extra power adaptor needed. Has Twist for rudder control and throttle both responsive and accurate. Lots of buttons you can configure for single key presses. Flush thumb button is great. Small/non existent dead zone, as soon as you start moving the joystick it responds.

Cons: Buttons only do single key presses no macro's. it seems to be developing a dead spot as one of the springs has loosened slightly ... Read More:

Saitek Pro Flight Yoke System (PC)

I am at the point of sending my second Yoke back. Both yokes I have tried have had the "phantom" button presses issue - controls activating without user input. Check the Saitek forums and see just how wide spread this problem is. Saitek say less than 1% of units affected. If so, my second yoke should have been fine (simple probability) as should the second units of other purchasers.

The Yoke design is very good, it build quality is not. It is very obvious from the outset that the switches are flimsy (nothing like those on Saitek's X52 joystick).

Avoid until Saitek have got the quality right.

Also Amazon price is sky high! (50% more than some retailers).

My set up is an older lcd monitor, pc speakers with a regular phono input cable, a pc, and an xbox 360. This allows them all to be connected simultaneously. It has a phono input and output, which is the regular jack like on mp3 players; and stero input and output, so the 360 vga cable stereo output can be connected.

YOU HAVE TO TWEAK YOUR RESOLUTION TO GET RID OF THE GHOSTING!

,well I did, and it sorted it, anyway. There is minimal signal quality loss for the pc picture probably due to the cheap cable, but nothing you can't get used to, and its still better than changing cables every hour. Saitek Eclipse II Keyboard (PC)

I do online typing work (as well as a part time job in London) and chose this keyboard for home as sometimes I work late and even with the light on low (as I hate bright lights when working on a computer) the keyboard is not always visible if I have to move my hand from the typing keys .. this keyboard is perfect with its back illumination which is why I ordered it but more than that, I found it is absolutely fantastic for a typing touch - light, fast and perfectly proportioned!! I am delighted with it .. just plugged it into the back USB port and off we went! Highly recommend .. best lighting is the red or purple for visiblity, however, the blue does look very special!!!
