This is one of the most complete games that I have ever played. It's well worth the money and then some. The graphics are tight, the story is deep, and the fighting is kick ass.

I have completed all of this game and I was a bit disapointed by the graphics and some of the game but not all of it. When I bought it I was hopeing it to be like the movie.But the last level made me think that I had NOT wasted my money so overal I would recommend this game for you.

After the start of the 2008 Formula One season, i felt a need to find this game of my shelf and stick it back in the old PS2.

I immediately started a new career, on hard difficulty, and got myself a first driver slot at Torro Rosso.

So I head to Bahrain, and manage to find a perfect set up for the car, and qualify first in Q1, Q2. So heading into Q3, i choose my strategy (doing half race distance), and i choose to stop just shy of half distance. I trhought that i could maybe sneak it on to the front 2/3 rows. Oh no, despite choosing, 14 laps of fuel, it decides to give me 26, so i become ridiculously slow.

This game, in a word is incredible. The graphics are fantastic, the missions are fun, and Daxters comments are the icing on the cake.

Let's start with the missions. Sometimes very hard, they are always intresting and really fun.(it's a good thing that they're hard because if they were hard it would be rubbish.)For all the racing lovers like myself out there, this game also has cool cars in it too, including one that can jump over buildings.You use vehicules a lot in this game.

The graphics are great as well. Thy're sharp, colurful, and just pefect really!

Daxter's comments are hilarious. There are videos every now and then which are really cool.

Athens offers an array of sports to try - athletics, swimming, equine sports, weight lifting, shooting and archery. As one reviewer writes, the downside of the game is that so many of the events require hard core button tapping and for me the swimming is a no go as I feel like my hand will fall off after a single lap. It's the only game I've played on the PS2 where you can pick up an injury in reality. Thankfully the game offers so much more and the decathlon soon becomes addictive. By the second week I had world records in the high jump, pole vault and long jump ! What could have been an excellent representation of motorsport's sharp end has been let down by some really unrefined handling and an idiotic penalty system where your car loses all power for several seconds when it goes off the track, often when punted there by your opponents. This is deemed to have given you an advantage, most annnoyingly so when your car has gone into a spin and you have to cut across a corner to get back into the race. Not only have you lost time because of your error, you lose even more because the geniuses who made the game have decided to police what they consider to be underhand tactics, when in reality the player should be left to trust his/her own conscience and play the game as they see fit. Lamentable drivel.

Well, this is a great game, the only reason i made an account on amazon, was so i could buy it again. i would have gone for GT4, but i already have the save files of GT3 on my ps2, i dont want to do them again, i purely want the game for driving the streets of seattle in the GT40 and trying the dodge on laguna seca, absolutely brilliant. i also follow the grand prix and where i cant handle the F1 Games, i can handle long endurance races on GT3 :D
