My 5 and a half year old daughter is mad on this, but it is too difficult for my daughter who is nearly 4. Early levels are easy, but as you progress they get harder and more challenging - at this point they can be quite frustrating and Daddy has to step in to help out! Loads of fun stuff to do, only irritation for me is annoying camera angles at times, but if you are buying for the children, they will adore it!

The previous editions of this game were much better, the addition of mods is a nice touch, but it does not compensate for the poor selection of cars, and races. It gets really hard sometimes, and the fun aspect will be lost shortly. I played for a while and then put it away.

I'll start by saying that it's not as good as Crash Team Racing on the Playstation, but it is still a good game and much better than some of Crash's more recent games.
The format is the same as Crash Team Racing, where you race as your favourite Crash character, using weapons to aid your race to victory.
The story in the single player mode is quite weak, but multiplayer is pure fun. The graphics do a good job and there is a good selection of tracks.
Buy purely for racing against up to 4 friends. Good fun!

Id seen Prince of Persia when it was released and thought it looked good, but i'm not a big platform gamer so didn't bother with it.

I bought Devil May Cry for a fiver and that's a good game and a bargain i might add!

Now PoP, I saw the new releases and thought they looked the nuts, but i like to play the beginnings so thought i'd buy the first one and i got it for £7, I didn't regret it.

The matrix style moves never get boring, even if the fighting does get tedious, but saying that vaulting over a monster and plunging your sword into him is quite good fun.

The puzzles can be complex, but if your stuck get a walkthrough.

For under a tenner, welcome to a good few hours of fun.

after you have read all them reveiws you would say this is a rubbish game. Well I would say that there all wong.

If you want a game with head to head wepon combat then you have got it in this game if you like gta games you will love this. I would say that this game is as good as gta liberty city storries well nearly any way.

so if you like gta games then bye this game i'm not it is as good as some of the gta games but I am saying it is great for this price so BYE IT!

Onimusha: Warlords Platinum

if you don't already know by now, Onimusha is basically a more action-ish hack n slash Resident Evil set in Feudal Japan. Overall its a pretty good game, not as great as God of War or ultimate action game Devl May Cry but definetly its head and shoulders above most of the generic action adventure games for the PS2

the Good:
although it looks a bit dated now, the characters and the pre-rendered backgrounds look fantastic. this gives the game a distinct 'feel' and creepy atmosphere thats hard to come by. the gameplay itself is also very satisfying one you get a hang of its awkward control system.
