I am not going to write a lot about this, will try to make it simple. First, this is hardly a horror game, it easily classifies as an action game with some 'horror' bits, which are very few. Second, before the game came out, the expectations were very high cause it had some nice and a bit original features in it, like combining inventory items to make new weapons, and all these nice things do not exist in this PS2 version.
Third, game play is sometimes over complicated, and a bit repetitive. Fourth, the ending of the game is the worst I have ever seen, you are left with nothing, no answers, not even a final battle, only a puzzle to solve, and voila. First of I think that its unfair to compare this game to a GTA:SA, mainly as The Godfather that game was released 2 full years after the former, but also because in my opinion no game copying the style of GTA will ever live up to its standards (with the possible exception of Saints Row), and this game is no exception. So for that reason I will judge it on its own merits.

The story line is well the godfather but instead of established characters from the film there is a new custom designed one. You do have a fair amount of customisation, you can include scars however I was a little disappointed by the fact that there are only about 5 hairstyles, 5 hair colours, 5 ears etc, and a very limited amount our outfits! The Sims 2: Pets (PS2)

I had been looking for this game for ages and when I finally bought it, at first i was confused and fustrated with having to look after my pets and also my sim. But i soon caught on and now i can play it for hours.

Not much is different from The Sims 2, except some items of clothing, hairstyles and so home materials and of course not forgetting the addition of a furry friend to your home.

You can choose from many breeds of cats and dogs and even get mixed breeds through randomize or through breeding ( you can not breed a cat with a dog of course ), you can even give your pet a jacket, shoes and a hat or glasses (much like those annoying few who actually do dress up their animals). If you say manhunt is the most violent and digusting game in the british gaming market! well...your right.

Its a fact that no other game has caused as much debate of removing of the game from store shelves but I wouldn't say its as bad as some of the other violent games. For example "State of emergency" had the same level of violence but had a very arcade feel to it...a bit cartoony so its making all of this violence funny. But manhunt dousn't! The levels are all dark and soaked in grime with an atmospheric soundtrack (especially on surround sound)to make you feel the awful disgusting nature of the violence at hand, rathur then making it fun.

LMA Manager 2007 (PS2)

LMA Manager 2007 is my favourite game ever, it has everything, great players, great transfer system, great contract system, youth team and you can also improve your stadium. OK, so if you play it a lot you will get to know the best players like another reviewer said, but its always fun, its the same as lma 2006 but the players are updated, i have won every league and the hardest is hollands first division but i did win it in the end with a team called gronigen. If u have LMA Manager 2007 and are at a weaker club i recommend, david mcniven, adam stansfield, mark hotte. But if you want top class players who will win the league for you, dont buy ronaldinho. The Legend of Spyro: The Eternal Night (PS2)

I agree with other reviews more or less. I too am an ardent Spyro fan and been. When the new series by Krome and Sierra came out, I was excited. The first game had it's ups and downs but mostly was good. But this is just a desaster!

Spyro the Eternal Night really takes the weaknesses of the first game and makes them weaker! One thing that really annoyed me was that the lighting was awful. Entering this one dungeon that's kinda dark, not even messing with the brightness and contrast on my TV did much to help. It's so dark you can barely see a yard in front of you, and you can't tell an enemy is coming until it's on you! Turn up the brightness all the way and all you get is darkness PLUS an extra fog lense.

Logitech Cordless Action Controller Gamepad (PS2)

Anybody who has shopped third-party should be well aware that there is a multitude of wireless controllers available for PS2 (and none of them are first-party either), of course as with everything, they all vary in quality, this being the 3rd wireless controller i've used, and the fact that it being wireless was probably what put me into buying it over another DualShock2 since Sony didn't bother doing a wireless variation.

The controller itself, is like most others, has a dongle that just plugs into the controller port and acts as the reciever, the controller itself as a matte feel to it as opposed to plastic, this acts as a grip and is very comfortable, the buttons, one thing I have found with most third-party controllers is that the D-Pad is supposed to act like an analog stick ... Being obsessed with the R&C franchise, i purchased this game after finding out that tools of destruction would not be out on PS2. To be honest, i was expecting the usual adventure type game with a good plot/storyline, however, it was more like a shoot-em-up with a badly writen storyline tacked onto it. The controls have also changed a lot; contrary to the pevious games, the hoverbike races are now the most annoying and difficult to control, and there is no way of changing this. It also lacks the variety of the original R&C games, many of the planets seeme to have been copied-and-pasted with a few colours and enemies changed. Not the best game if you are looking for the classic adventure style, but good if you like sort-of-shoot-ems-ups.

Well the Sims 2 for PS2 was never going to be a brilliant game when it was missing some vital things the PC game had for example you cant age,die (unless of course you get an electric shock from the DJ Booth)have a two storie house, have kids and there arnt enough Sims to make friends with. It takes cheats to make it fun even though i am usually able to play PS2 without cheats. It just isnt fun for long enough. so once you have finished the game and unlocked all the clothes, recipies, objects and locations its just boring! If you want to buy a game that you will complete in less than 2 weeks and will be thrown on a shelf in you room until you forget how to complete it and finish it again until you go threw it all again then i would advise you to buy it....But at this point you must wonder why i gave ... words cannot decribe how good this game is but i'll have a go. i am not a serious gamer but i loved this game. the story line is brilliant and has real breadth to it. the arcade is fun and realistic and will keep you playing for hours. there are loads of characters to unlock as well as a few cheats and weapons.the weapons are great as well as there are lots , all of which you can do serious damage with, although not so much the baseball bat. i have been playing this game since 2006 and am only 32% of the way through so it offers a challenge for the serious gamer( i would think) but is still perfect for anyone. definitely worth every penny.if you like shooters BUY THIS GAME you will not regret it. oh yeah and its really fun!!!:-)
