i think that this game is a must have.I got it for chrismas and i have not stopped playing on it.i think sony have craked it this game is not for the faint hearted with gore and more gore .it only works for the slimline ps2 and if the lazer head is dirty it will not load up so use some lazer head cleaner onit. if you need help on a level go on the offfial web site through playstion.com ,GoW web page has a black background and click on message board there you will find what you want.

I love the tekken series i'm been playing them since tekken 3 and i have gotten all the tekken games. This game is simply brilliant the graphics are awesome the gameplay is brilliant and the new game mode with devil jin is awesome too. The new stuff is all great new characters the new fighting moves, the new background, music & modes. One thing too mention the boss battle at the end off story mode is ridicuously hard and it takes so many times to beat him it's really gets annoying, also once you complete everything u do get bored with the game it's fun just too start over again, but when you first get it it will give you loads off fun for ages. Just if anyone was wondering: Yes, this is indeed the newest entry in the long-running TacticalRPG-Series by Nippon Ichi as made famous by the likes of "Disgaea", "La Pucelle Tactics", "Phantom Brave" and "Makai Kingdom".

Obviously with "Disgaea 3" for PS3 coming up in autumn, "Soul Nomad" will be Nippon Ichis last game for PS2.

I'm giving this one 5 stars in advance just because of the simple fact that every game that Nippon Ichi have published so far was one of the best in the genre. So if you liked Disgaea and it's spin-offs "Soul Nomad" should be a clear choice.

GTA is not just a video game, it is a phenomenon. No other game as had so much unniversal praise, media attention and just simple become so massive. But upon playing the game you can see why. The first of the new generation GTA games in 3D on the PS2, the first thing that strikes you is just how big the game is. The world is massive, and filled with all kinds of madness.

Steal a car, drive around, speed crash, kill people for money, get into fights with gangs - all these are staples of GTA 3. Ignore whatever anyone tells you about the game setting a bad example for kids, what a load of rubbish! This game is great fun. My favourite chapter is 5 where you get to kill Darth Vader in free play in Episode IV.

When me and my friend started chapter 5 in Episode VI we were really excited because you get to kill the Emperor.

God Of War 2 is just as good, if not better than the first. more moves, more magic and more enemies to slice, dice, decapitate etc.. The graphics certainly show that PS2 has some life left in it yet and are truly amazing, one of the best on the console. With God Of War 2, the Ps2 is definetley bowing out in style, and going out with a bang!!!!

I read the reviews on this game, I bought this game, and for some reason I just didn't enjoy it. I can see why people like this game but for me it's certainly no Crash Bandicoot and I found it a waste of money. Not as good as the competition, granted it has very good graphics, but this could have been a lot better. A disappointment.

In the twilight of the age of the PS2, SquareEnix have really managed to squeeze out everything possible from this console. Final Fantasy 12 is a gorgeous game, with beautifully rendered, diverse environments and amazing character design - essentially everything SquareEnix is famous for. But is it all superficial? Is there any real depth? Is it really worth sitting down and dedicating 40 to >100 hours to this game? Well, the answer is yes. Final Fantasy 12 is a great RPG experience. Well the graphics are great, gameplay is wicked the levels are very good but it's just too short. This is alot better then other movie games, there are some awesome parts about this game which are the jedi duels(also in co-operative) which is fun, the storyline is great the levels are great boss battles are great. My ONLY problem is that they could've made longer or at least have more things too unlock or make it harder. Overall a great game it would be better for a rent for a week. Buy if you're a star wars fan and love gaming. The Lord Of the Rings game is miles better.

Fight Night round 3 is a good game but it could have been so much more. I like boxing but was uncertain if this game would actually interest me or just irritate like other fighting games. It certainly did the former.

The Total Punch Control is a thing of genius. It allows realistic dynamic fighting once mastered and makes winning fights a skillful process. The gameplay allows for various styles to be developed and made successful which makes this highly addictive and entertaining. There are some great fighters to pick from and you can get your teeth into some of the classic encounters (although not literally as there is no Mike Tyson).
