Final Fantasy XII (PS2)

FF XII is really frustrating. At first I was worried about the new battle system, gambits & the lack of random encounters. However, the new system actually works very well & generally makes the gameplay more enjoyable. In a game as big as this, it would take forever to navigate around if you had to deal with endless random enemies. I actually think it's too big & the game lacks focus as a result. I almost quit playing halfway through because it got repetative & the story is dull & confusing to the point where I didn't know whose side I was on or what I was meant to be doing.

Medal of Honor European Assault (PS2)

I'm starting to get worried about which direction Medal of Honor is taking. After playing both Vanguard and European Assault, I feel MOH is starting to "dumb down" a little. Firstly, the game is very short, and you can probably finish it in a day or two of playing. What happened to the great long classics of the previous MOH games? Secondly, completing objectives gives you a "revive," which means that you come back to life if you die. This makes completing missions easy, as it doesn't matter if you die, making the game terribly unrealistic. In previous games, if you die one corner before the end its tough, and I feel this is how it should be. Thirdly, the whole of the game is played on foot, and I am sure many people would liked to have seen vehicles ... Read More:

this is a great game with brilliant strategic play on death match and regicide . i would recommend this game to any one who likes a challenge as this is one big challenge. You need a blue disc system to play it . It says you can play multiplayer and I am sure there is a way just me and my mate can't find it

Buy it! I can't put it down! Non-stop adrenalin,fantastic graphics and gameplay. I can never try real snowboarding now....I'm too good in the virtual world, the real thing would be a massive let-down :-)

I am a massive fan of Silent Hill, so much so that I had to buy all the wonderful graphic novels as well as all of the games (oh and the movie, half of which is truly SH)!
Silent Hill 2 is for me by far, the best of the Silent Hill games followed by Silent Hill 3 and 1. SH1 should be re-done as the graphics are the only thing that makes that game iffy by today's standards. SH4 IS TERRIBLE! The concept was good to start with but they took away all that I liked in SH games.
Silent Hill Origins is taking us back to the feeling we had in SH2, which makes me very happy indeed.

Soul Calibur III, Well what can I say... It's Good (that's an undersatment) It's Amazing (that's an understatment) It's the best ps2 game (not including wrestling games) I've ever played/experienced. Rapheal is Fantastic with The Queen's Guard Sword!!! 5Stars!!!! (that's an understatment)

Dirge Of Cerberus -Final Fantasy VII- (PS2)

Dirge of Cerberus is by far and away the worst entry into the final fantasy cannon, let alone the FF7 series. The game is a incredibly lacklustre shooter that would just have been ignored if it wasn't for the words 'Final Fantasy' in the title. The gameplay itself is poor, enemy ai is incredibly basic and it is a incredibly easy game to beat, you don't even have to change your gun much. Its a short game too, it can be beaten in 8-10 hours (if you watch the numerous cutscences). Even though the gameplay is poor the storys good right? Well short answer no. Final fantasy games are known for having epic involving stories, the same can't be said for this game. It follows Vincent Valentine, a secret charachter in the original.
