I had long been enticed by singstar, and it's the only reason I bought a Ps2. This game is the most fun you can have with your clothes on, I always thought I was good singer or that singing on singstar would be easy, but this game showed me i am not the great singer I imagined myself to be, the game measures your pitch, tone and rhythm against that of the original recording artist, if you are performing well it gives comments such as 'awful' 'bad', 'okay''good' and 'cool'(the best comment you can receive at the end of the note), but fear not struggling singers you can adjust the difficulty levels from easy, medium to hard plus you can sing solo, duet, or pass the mic (ideal for big broups of people).This game is fun and I would definitely recommend ... Juiced 2: Hot Import Nights (PS2)

I remember reading a reveiw a year ago, claiming that juiced 2 would have a complicated, state of the art, modding system, evolving "driver dna" and a complicated betting system. So firstly, why is this game so cheap? I found a Ps2 version for £4 in a market. This game is only a few months old. I think this game was either overrated in the first place, or the ps2 version is very watered down - but stil worth the cash, either way.

terrible, terrible. do not buy this if you are expecting it to be like crash 2 and three. its dreadful!you just spend every level fighting to get into monster bodies. there is no goal or fun in this at all.

Final Fantasy X (PS2)

I've had final fantasy X a fair few years now, I have a next gen console and have played a hell of alot of RPGs. To this day I can honestly say, final fantasy X is the greatest game I have ever played.

I could ramble on for pages as to the specific reasons I adore this game, but I think the focus of a game like this is its narrative. This is why I named this review, 'beautiful', not for some corny over the top way of expressing how much I enjoyed it, bit because there is no other way to explain the story. It's astoundingly written and is by far the most emotional I have ever experienced, and thats including ff7s death of Aeris, which I think pales in comparison to the love story here.

as the first in the franchise it makes a big impact as it has very good and enticing missions but what ever you do and where ever you go this game is hard. i would still recommend buying this game as it has some thrilling moments and is a good quallity game. Tom

Mortal Kombat 1 was the first game I ever played when I was 6 so I grew up with it (im 18 now) Motal kombat Trilogy was by far in my opinion the best Mortal Kombat game ever made followed closely by the rest. The idea of having all the characters was great they all had different moves and fatalities and the 1 button fatality cheat just made the game more enjoyable. So here we are now with Mortal Kombat Armageddon.

This kind of reminds me of a re vamp of MKT but a very poor one at that all the characters are here with almost the same moves and what have they done to motaro? hes like a really weak minotaur now, in MKT motaro and the other sub boss characters were really hard to beat and were really powerful to play as , now it seems they have just turned ... Although I did not watch the movie of 'The Warriors',I loved the game!The gameplay,the sound,the graphics,all was so awesome!I liked most of the gang's costume designs,gang names and gang's warchief,especially 'The Warriors'.Although I LOVED this game but one point was dissapointing for me.I expected more action and fights from Mission 15,16,17 and 18 (Especially for Mission 17 when 'The Lizzies' invited 'The Warriors' to their hideout,i expected more flirting,sex and action for that Mission).Overall,I give rate for 'The Warriors' game

Graphics: 4/5 stars
Gameplay: 4.5/5 stars
Sound: 5/5
(Highly recommended to buy or play!)

This is a great game.

I am a fan of the series and i managed to get hold of this. It is brilliant.

Its not just about shooting etc, there are a variety of tasks that takes different skills to complete. Ok, some may be quite easy, others will take a couple of efforts.

Great graphics, all the actors voices, fun extras, great playability.

2 bad points.
1) the driving parts, the cars were not that great to handle - could be better - but as this is only a small part of the game it can be negligible.
2) i wish there were more levels, or a free roaming aspect, where you could play as Jack or someone else to undertake various tasks when you felt like it - this would make this game awesome!!!

Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Legend (PS2)

First off an admission: I'm not an old TR fan. I only started gaming after the PS2 came out. It took me a while to warm up to the idea of playing Lara, and my first experience, AoD, was disappointing, and I never finished the game. Still, I heard good things about Legend, and thought I'd give it a try. It was smoother and the controls were easier to manage, but I was distracted by other things and let it lie around for a while. When Anniversary appeared and everyone raved about it, I gave that a go. Anniversary was, needless to say, very challenging (at least for me), but when I finished it I went back to Legend to take advantage of my momentum. So Anniversary is the only game I can compare Legend to.

Where do I begin? Forget about the single player, the online multiplayer mode is where this rocks. The moment you step foot on your first map - probably Backstab - you are thrown into a chaotic world of heavy machine gun fire, grenades, mortar strikes and heavy tank rounds, while overhead choppers strafe all and sunder. God forbid you stop too long in open ground - some lone sniper will take you down with a head shot.

Lots of different soldier classes to choose from, you can pick and choose how you want to play. Be a gungho flag winner, a patient sniper, a camper, or (like me) a cruel engineer or special op laying mines and C4 traps to catch out the enemy.
