This game has many pros, but also some cons and its difficult to explain all of them. But the main disappointment of this game is that i did get bored of it after the first 2 weeks of having it, and this is why - it is a bit slow. Changing from one area of the island to another is frustrating because it takes so long, and you have to go in the jungle alot to collect things. Also, mine did freeze once and i had to quit and loose everything!
However, and please do read on - there is no other game out there like this. I watch Shipwrecked and then play this and it is even more realistic than the show itself! I have the starwars complete saga ds game and when I got a psp I couldnt wait to get this similar game to see what its like and I love it ! its fun and entertaining, you wont put it down until its completed ! I can not wait for lego indiana jones and lego batman which are soon to be released ! (=

this game, just like any other wrestling game, can be great fun either by yourself or with friends. The variety of matches is a large spread, including the new ecx extreme rules match, which ads new weapons to the match. The 24/7 mode has an intriguing story, and can last a while. Unfrortunately, the story gets quite repetitive after you play through the first year. Probably the biggest flaw (in my opinion) is the amount of loading. I'd have to say that about 60% of the gameplay is waiting for the loading to finish. However, all games need to load, and since so much information is packed into the small umd, it is forgiveable. I bought this few days ago from bargainmemorycards and I was so excited to open the envelop but very disappointed from what I saw, It wasnt logic3 screen protector its different brand. NO ATIGLARE feature! amazon please check your traders if they sell the right item. booooooh!

This review is based exclusively on playing the single player version.

My favourtie style of strategy games has been the turn-based version for many years, and I used to play tabletop 40k as a teenager, so I was really looking forward to this title. Ontop of that, I loved Chaos Gate - the similar PC game of 10 years ago - that I had heard Squad Command was closely designed on.

The graphics seemed spot on - the usual sharp PSP quality; the vehicles in particular looked spot-on and really suited the 40k atmosphere. The sound was also good and very atmospheric.

But the game just didn't live up to my expectations, and I feel it was a real missed opportunity. The single biggest problem seems to be a lack of any real depth throughout ... Read More:

First of all, if you're looking for a game that is worth more than the high price which seems to be associated with most video games thesedays, then you won't be dissapointed. It has everything you look for in a game. The matches are addicitve and gripping aswell as being great fun. Easy to pick up, and far from boring.

The world tour is excellent and really makes the game. Design and dress your players and improve your ability in all areas including: volleys, surves, strokes and movement. As you get better you can enter into more and more tournaments which improve your ranking untill you reach the number 1 spot! Earn money from winnings and purchase clothes and accesories, aswell as a doubles player which you need to play in doubles tournaments.

The perfect game for the PSP
It's hard to believe they maanged to have great grafics, great story line and best of all, the controls are better than anything I played previously.
I can't stop playing this game, a masterpiece. It made me forget about my ps3 hahaha

This is a very good game for the psp! The graphics are decent, the gameplay is quite good too and there is quite a bit to do. However the controls are a little annoying at first but does seem to be ok when you play it more, which makes sense, as if it was straight forward from the start then it will be far too easy so a little bit of challenge in the controls is in a way good, but overall a great game!
