terrible, terrible. do not buy this if you are expecting it to be like crash 2 and three. its dreadful!you just spend every level fighting to get into monster bodies. there is no goal or fun in this at all.

Buzz! The Big Quiz - Solus (PS2)

We have all the Buzz games now, this was the last addition to our collection and having waited for weeks it was disappointing. Like other reviewers have said, the questions are difficult and unclear so it's alot of guesswork. But I also found it a slower pace and it's over very quickly. Some of the rounds aren't long enough - the new "Ask A Friend" round is a great idea but only get one each? The Music Quiz & Sports Quiz are miles better and Junior Jungle Party is still the family favourite!!

Formula One 2006 (PS2)

After the start of the 2008 Formula One season, i felt a need to find this game of my shelf and stick it back in the old PS2.

I immediately started a new career, on hard difficulty, and got myself a first driver slot at Torro Rosso.

So I head to Bahrain, and manage to find a perfect set up for the car, and qualify first in Q1, Q2. So heading into Q3, i choose my strategy (doing half race distance), and i choose to stop just shy of half distance. I trhought that i could maybe sneak it on to the front 2/3 rows. Oh no, despite choosing, 14 laps of fuel, it decides to give me 26, so i become ridiculously slow.

this game has to be the best FPS avalibe on the PS2 it has everything, the realistic firing, the sound effects, the explosions and best of all you are killing terrorists (i think).it has a wide variety of weapons from the AK47 to the M249 to the granade launcher. this has to be the most realistic and gripping FPS EVER (and i have an xbox 360).. this game has to be the best FPS avalibe on the PS2 it has everything, the realistic firing, the sound effects, the explosions and best of all you are killing terrorists (i think).it has a wide variety of weapons from the AK47 to the M249 to the granade launcher. this has to be the most realistic and gripping FPS EVER (and i have an xbox 360).. The Getaway: Black Monday (PS2)

The main selling point of The Getaway series - the photo realistic representation of London - is also it's main weakness. You see, the developers; Team Soho have invested thousands of man hours and huge amounts of Sony's money in creating this digital London, all with the correct shop signs etc etc, and so they are going to try and milk their little cash cow for as long as possible.

You would assume this would not be a problem for us consumers, HOWEVER, Team Soho's beautiful looking and seemingly ingenious cash cow is seriously flawed in that it is based upon a concept that was fresh in 1997 - with the the "Driver" series of games. Jak II: Renegade (PS2)

I thought Jak 2 was a poor game. I didn't enjoy any of the things I read as highlighted in other reviews I'm afraid.

The camera is sticky, it doesn't pan or move anywhere near as wel as other games I've played and it's so temprimental about things blocking its movement that I couldn't see where to go at some points - going into 3rd person view was the only way to unjam it. It doesn't pan low or high enough. Have the time I couldn't tell if I was by a rock or a gaping hole.

The characterisation is poor - Daxter is definately not hilarious. It's a good idea poorly executed. Getting a game character to say slightly rude words and bounce around in a not-quite slapstick way doesn't do it for me.

Sonic Heroes (PS2)

Sonic heroes is a really good game and i reckon that they definetly accomplished turning it into a 3D game!
This alot of fun and isn't short which is really good. There are some new things about it that you cannot do on the 2d ones. You can change character in the middle of the game and there are 4 teams to choose from depending on what team you choose you'll get a different story made for each team! 10 out of 10!



Highly reccommended!!!!!!

Need for Speed Underground (PS2)

I never really was a big fan of the Need For Speed series, I owned the first game, and hated the rest, mainly because of the unrealistc handling and cars that are impossible to own in real life. Then i heard about Underground, the sixth incarnation of Need For Speed.
I must say it is a definate step in a different direction. From the moment that you hit the title screen, the bass-loaded music pumps and the main advasary's car appears behind the menu. Instantly hooked, i just -had- to investigate. Underground has a very slick exterior, shiny buttons, awsome alternative/hip hop soundtrack, and of course, the cars.
