First things first, my rig:
OS - Win XP
GFX - XFX Nvidia 9600 GT Alpha Dog Edition (740mhz core)
RAM - 3GB
PRO - Intel E4600 Dual Core 2 (2.4mhz)
The aforementioned game runs (95% of the time) smoothly on HIGH settings with the above specs. For those people worried about cost to upgrade your GFX card I would highly recommed the XFX Alpha Dog - reason?...£90 at PC World. My processor is now on sale for £50 - £70 at Amazon also.
The detail in EVERYTHING around you has never been seen before in videogame history. Every blade of grass, cracks in cliff faces, AI 'belongings' within buildings and huts. Wind - water - fire and explosions. Its all there in great detail.

I've been playing this game for a while now so I think I have enough experience with it to write a review.
The first thing I can say is that if you're an expert at Championship manager/Football manager, then you'll probably excel that this game, or any other future FM game for that matter. However, a lot of users are ones learning the ropes to this game, and this is the worst introduction to a great game series that I have ever encountered. Others have mentioned annoying glitches; 4-2-4, the corner exploit, etc. Yes, they are incredibly annoying, but it doesn't end there. The game is totally unrealistic. My latest New game (I've just begun a new one), exluding the friendlies, all my 8 league games so far have resulted in the injury of at least one of my players. ... Read More:

I love this game, it is excellent, if you don't have the game yet, then buy this enhanced edition, don't even think about it, put it in the basket.
But there just isn't enough in this update to justify a new game price for existing owners. I bought it to support the developers but have now been struck by what I can only conceive as cynical marketing. I really resent now being made to pay for a work in progress.
I have my receipt and am seriously considering taking the thing back and updating through the download - most of the changes are to faulty parts of the game. Two new adventures yes, but not part of the overall game, and not justification for the price tag.
HOWEVER, I must say again, the Witcher is a fantastic game, and if you don't have a ... Read More:

I put of buying this game because of the DRM issues these games have after the Seasons Expansion.
I gave in however and bought it and then spent three days backing up my computer incase anything did go wrong. (I highly recommend backing up your system in any case). Do your research into the issues caused by SecuRom and be informed when taking such risks so you can take preventative measures or be ready incase of a system re install.
I love the new features. You have new items that add interest in hobbies, theres a dance bar, violin and you can even fix up your own car, hunt for bugs etc. It makes it easier to be abducted by aliens and to get pregnant with twins assuming your sim has the necessary interest in those aspirations.

A very steep learning curve but very rewarding, even on a small map it can take hours and you constantly balance attacking/defending/research/construction. Great well thought out game, easy to play, hard tp play well. With online multiplayer and teams too this will keep you amused for days!

I have played Beyond the Frontier to start with it took me 6 months to complete the game and by that time i only managed to get 3 factories up and running and a hand full of cargo ships. i brought x3 the reunion but could not bring myself to play it knowing how long it wud take me to get back up to that level x3 could be good only if it was multiplayer over the internet i would not buy this game becasue of the sheer time needed to play the game you are looking at playing this game non stop for years to get an empire up and running not worth it but overall i enjoyed playing the first one with a certain amout of relief when i completed it.

STALKER is a great game, one which kept my attention for several weeks. The game looks very good, and plays well. The controls and camera work well, although I was dismayed at the lack of a pause at the inventory screen, meaning you could die before reaching the anti-radiation drugs (I guess that's part of the realism). The plot is well done, and the cut-scenes, although sparse, look great. Towards the end, however, I found myself getting a little bored at the repetitive nature of the game, and there were some bugs that caused the game to crash (though these were few and far between).
All in all, the game itself is remarkably well done, with a fantastic atmosphere, and very enjoyable guitar pieces performed by other stalkers.

Apparently EA weren't satisfied with the millions of dollars they've already made from the Sims series, so they've resorted to very clever marketing to squeeze yet more money out of their customers.
This Stuff Pack, like all the others, contains no new gameplay elements and just adds some objects to the game. This one adds, as you would expect, various furniture to the game, along with some hairstyles and things.
Basically, guys, you're being ripped off. There are hundreds of thousands (probably millions by now) of custom items available on the internet to download for The Sims 2, quite legally and for free. Better still, if you download only your own choices you won't be burdened with useless junk you'll never use padding out your hard drive.
