The Spyro games have always been fantastic, I had the original playstation ones so when I moved on to gamecube it made sense for me to move on to the latest Spyro games as well. I managed to complete the game within a couple of days of getting it so I think it's safe to say that the game play isn't that challenging which is fine because it's not aimed at hard core gamers. I love the bright colours and the endless little tasks your can run about doing. Sparx plays more of a comedy role in this game and although he talks ALOT, it just makes the game that little bit more fun overall, not only that, Sypro has a new voice in this game and it's far better than the voice he's given in Spyro: A Hero's Tail, it suits the look and age he is supposed to ... Kelly Slater's Pro Surfer (GameCube)

Surfing. It's not most popular of sports. There is only a limited ammount that you can do on a wave. And, alfterall, they are only waves.
Luckily, Kelly slater's manages to make things a bit more interesting. With about 20 different locations throughout the world, all totally different to each other, and water graphics to die for, this game is almost perfect. But the problem is, it's just not quite perfect. Afterall, they are only waves.

As others as mentioned this game certainly didnt get the credit it deserved when it was released. It is simply fantastic! a great story line and some great characters!. I love the different types of puzzle (like the security camera ones) as it keeps your interest rather than just tooling around hitting things with your stick. I have just bought this for the second time and am not disappointed. Its a beautiful game - go try it!.

Day of Reckoning 2 is not a bad game in its own right, but having played it to death in the last couple of weeks it does not compare much to the great N64 game No Mercy. The story mode angles are very good, it is like watching Raw or Smackdown, you don't know what is going to happen next. No voiceovers, but the text used has all the relevant catchphrases etc. There is a varied level of difficulty, some matches were very easy and others very hard. One match against the undertaker took six of my finishing moves on him to get the pin! Also you practically have to win every match in story mode, give or take one or two, which can be very frustrating sometimes. i first bought this game searching for something different. it turned out to be one of my best ever games. The controls are simple to use. You will be smacking home runs in no time. There are lots of charachters, each with indevidual skills and weaknesses. The mini games are fun and help improve your skills. Toy Field is great for multiplayer action. Overall this is a great game and Iwould always recommend it.

Rocky (GameCube)

I've wanted to buy this for ages but had a feeling, like most Boxing games.. it would bore me to sleep after a day. Knockout Kings did that to me as it was so easy. Rocky however is awesome.

The training is so challenging that I don't auto-train, i like to build Rocky up myself, the punches that Rocky swings are JUST like the way he swings them in the movies. Vicious body blows and quick cross jabs.

Clubber Lang is awesome, Apollo is the bomb as always and alot of the made up boxers are cool too. The fights are brutal and post round prep talks with Micky are in this too (later becomes Apollo giving them).

My only niggle with the game is no 'Eye of the Tiger' theme for the training, lol... how cool would that have been?. But this is without ... Read More:

when i first started playing this game it was fun but now ive got to klompa and i just cant get by him this game is very annoying you cant time the speed kills right so he flatens you in the game.so you get stuck very easily i would normally say go for the game but with this little hang up dont bother trust me you want to spend your money on something else.

Kirby's Air Ride is a High Class game from the creators of Super Smash Brother Melee (Hudson.) I have played the game for a fair while just to get a taste of the game. I have marked it under the following catergories.

Graphics: 7/10: Good graphics but some of the levels could have been more realistic.

Sound: 4/10: No classy tunes, just boring stuff. Didn't really work. In racing games, you need funky music.

Control: 8/10: Easy to control but corners are a bit dodgey.

Levels: 9/10: Most of the levels are fun and each provides fun gameplay. It secures the game a good mark. One of my favourites was the Magma Falls level. I thought it caught the character of the game well.

Addictive--addictive--ADDICTIVE !!!!

What more can I say?
I've tried the GBA version of this game which I'd really recommed but the GameCube takes it to completely a different level!

Interesting graphics and sound effects, loads of different levels and bonuses to keep challenging you even when you play again and again!!

I'm not usually a 'puzzle' game kinda guy but I am totally hooked on this one!

Multiplayer modes are also great.

I'd recommend it to anyone - my wife is even fan and she's not normally that keen on games!! That just shows how good it is!!!
