It's a bit of fun... it's no Wii sports for sure, but it's not bad. I find it quite addictive, but only in the same way Tetris/ Bubblets/ Solitaire/ Freecell can be. Finding your way around the many many games is a bit of a pain, but no big deal. As another reviewer said, you can't go wrong for [less than] 15 quid... I'd rather be swinging cows in Rayman's Rabbids though :-)

i've been a Star Wars fan ever since I can remember. having watched the first movie well over 100 times i guess that makes you a fan.

But on the games side, it's a love / hate relationship. Sometimes Lucasarts comes out with some amazing games like Knights of the Old Republic (1&2) and sometimes things that aren't so good. Force Unleashed (FU) is somewhere between both.

The good:

- Very polished graphics
- superb representation of the worlds
- Great use of force powers
- Pretty good physics engine with regards to how the game plays

The ugly:

- Extremely linear storyline (ie zero thinking. follow the arrow, kill the lvl boss, move on)

i like tiger woods 09.for me this is the best one yet,the trees look half decent finally and the water looks great also.the rest of the graphics are good but not as good as the ps3 can do but maybe that's because ea are lazy or it's a cross platform game who knows.
the main thing is it's fun in career mode,online or with others and the way your stats go up and up as you get better but go down a bit if you have a bad game i like a lot.
for all the things they could have done i still love the game,next time would be good if they added some extra stuff like your own golf house,golf carts that you can race against your mates and crank up the graphics a bit and i will be well chuffed,as it is i give it 8/10.

HDMI Cable (PS3)

Its hard to review a small lenght of cable, its looks are what you expect, it has two ends and it plugs easily into the back of your telly and the back of your playstation job done.

But theres a little more to it, this cable is good value for money, ive seen some comparitive products charge excessivly for the same product. It aids your gaming experience, your playstation will allow a higher setting and although it doesnt change the digital streaming it will boost the quality!

I only gave this 3 stars for fun and 1 star overall.
It is a great deal of fun. However it has one flaw that really gets on my nerves in respect of the way it handles death near the start of a level.
You enter a new area, it play a nice cut scene showing what you have to do to get through (mini mission basically) then you get on with it. Now if there is quite a tough area involved you are likely to die a few time while you figure it out. With this game (and MANY others) when you die you restart the level (even if you select save). That is a minor irritation. The MASSIVE irritation is that it plays the cut scene again, in full, without the ability to skip it. I only need to see the cut scene ONCE to understand it. When it got this game I thought it was brilliant after 2 months I still thought it was brilliant. BUT after 3 months this game was pretty average the reason being the lack of events, yea sure I got hundreds of world records but there is just NOT ENOUGH EVENTS!!!!!! Another thing with the game is that if you get a world record on 2 player mode it doesn't count, for example I threw 113 meters on javelin in 2 p mode when the record is only 98 meters and it says 'new world record on the results table but when you start again next time you play it will be 98 meters!

Nintendo DS Lite Handheld Console (Black)

The DS Lite is fantastic. Slim, with bright screens and a good balance between power and battery life. The speakers aren't as good as the older DS, but it doesn't really matter. But, you could make it a pocket Cray supercomputer for I care; it has one major fault.

The hinge will not break unless you open and close the console very frequently; I used to play on mine three times a day and listen to MP3s which meant the hinge would cycle 5-6 times a day. A year later, the right hinge came off. And oh, boy, what have we here?
