This game is very poor and no better than the original brian lara game in terms of the shots you can play.The game is also graphically flawed as i have had a number of occasions where the ball has gone through the batsmens leg to hit the stumps.Also if you zoom in on a replay you will find that a lot of boundary catches the fielder is actually standing on the rope.
The only good thing is the players and stadiums have their proper names apart from that its naff - steer clear

First of all I would like to say that "Eddie_Currents" review of this game is pretty much spot on but here is my two bits worth anyway.

I had high hopes for this game based on the various reviews I had seen on the internet and was intrigued by the idea of an interactive movie with an innovative game style. The reality though was a game that was repetitive and awkward and ultimately doesn't live up to the hype.

The game gets of to a good start with some slick looking graphics and an captivating opening sequence. You find yourself the victim of mind control murdering a man you have never met. So far so good. Out of all my old Xbox games, the only one I ever go back to is this one. TOCA Race Driver 3 may not have the most realistic handling and "turning on a single wheel" criticism is one I've heard beforebut this game captures the true spirit of motorsport in a way Forza and it's 360 brethren still can't manage. The big difference in the competitiveness of the AI. In TOCA 3, the race drivers are actually racing against you and themselves unlike many newer racing games (Forza 2 included) where they're just obstacles on the track. What a game!! The attention to detail is absolutely amazing and the whole experience engrossing. The difficulty level as you progress through the game is pitched just right but it is in the multiplayer modes where the game comes into its own. There is nothing better than returning a howitzer of a serve with a fantastic passing shot and belive me when I say that the whole range of shots are in this game. Such is its depth that you will still be discovering shots you didn't know you could play months later.The only thing missing is Cliff Richard singing, although we should be thankful really.This is without any doubt the best sports title available on any format and one every gamer should have in their collection. Far Cry Instincts: Evolution (Xbox)

This expansion fixes all the (minor) problems of the fantastique Far Cry Instincts. It now has adjustble difficulty, more weapons, vehicles, more alternate routes, more level variation and a new feral power. the plot is not disimilar to that of the original and neither is the gameplay.
However, the mapmaker has been greatly improved, with more environments, and brush sets to use, aswell as the new weapons and vehicles to put into them.
Overall, great expansion which fixes the originals faults to create the perfect game.
