Okay, well to start off with i should just drop in that i am a bit of spiderman fanboy, and own all the games, including spiderman 3 on ps2.

All the movie games so far have been incredible, number one revolutionised visuals for the ps2, and number two revolutionised gameplay. Ok.. so this game sounds childish and silly - just for 3 years olds right? Wrong.

I am 28 and my partner is 29 and we are addicted. Its brilliant!! It takes aaages to get all the achievment points and there's just tons of super fun game play here. It's not too easy (I was worried that it might be) and its not too hard.

Positives: The amount of characters, levels, ships,minigames and the sheer fun value you get out of this game, whether playing it alone or in co-op mode. The star wars lego cut-scenes are hilarious!

Negatives: not many to be honest.. depth perception can be difficult. Sometimes the camera angles can be awkward. In co-op mode you cannot sign in with a second profile and unlock the achievements ... Read More:

This is a quick review just to tell you to discard the bad reviews if this game appeals to you. If you like this sort of genre (not RPG) i mean the fantasy type free roaming genre then you will like this game. However it will not blow you away, perhaps if released earlier before major titles like Oblivion it would have made a better impression. The graphics are not bad they are most definitely not amazing but do serve their purpose, i haven't played the PC version of this game but i'm surprised they have not improved the graphics because if they did it would make this game that much nicer!
Replay value is good, you have four classes to choose from: Warrior, Archer, Mage and Assassin. I have only tried the Mage and Warrior classes but i will once i have ... Read More:

Having read the reviews about this game I wasn't expecting much, but being a fan of lost i really wanted to play it and it may have been that I was preparing for the worst but I actually really enjoyed this game. True there wasn't much action but being more of a fan of point and click games this suited me just fine. I enjoyed the mix of puzzles and story telling. The graphics are really beautiful and the sound is brilliantly eerie. It would have been nice to have more involvement in the lost storyline which carries on around you but as described it is a new character with their own story which runs concurrently. There are some pretty cool elements for example the camp evolves as you play the game and the begining and end of the episodes and cutscenes are just ... Read More:

I got my copy of Saints Row recently because a few friends of mine were talking about how fun it is on Xbox Live, So i decided to give it ago, managed to pick a copy up for 20 pounds and it was..

Great!

The online mode was really good, you can customise your character so much, nobody will ever look the same!

You can earn money for playing ranked games online, and spend it in the store for new clothes.

There are some clothes packs you can download from Xbox Live.

Single Player

I haven't really played to much, but from what i've played, you can rob stores, and many more cool things that GTA:SA doesn't have.

So i would think of it as a new GTA before VI :)

I bought Sonic hoping for a modern platform game for the family.

We lasted an hour and a half before giving up with the game.
Totally disappointed.

Buggy camera, found we could end up going through solid objects, nothing to strive for. Obviously not designed by the same people who made Sonic for the Sega (bless its cotton socks).
No challenge or anything to strive for. The game obviously didn't have a director to make sure it had a plot and direction. I've seen cheesy teen movies that had better plots!

If you're hell bent on buying this game, go rent it first before buying... That's my advice.

This game will keep you entertained for hours, its very easy to get used to and an easy 1000 gamerscore points!
But the only thing that was wrong with this game was the online play.
If you are beating your opponent online they can just quit like a bad looser and it doesnt affect there record, this is totally wrong and if they bring out another Virtua Fighter they must correct this and let the quitters get beat like real fighters!
All in all Virtua Fighter 5 is a quality game and will provide you with many hours of great fighting game play.

I had a bit of a interest in this game because of it's looks and the achievements, and then my brother found the game for just a juicy £5 online at Amazon, so I asked him to buy it and I'd paid the money. It's just recently I managed to play it and get it done with and to be honest, it is fairly good.
