Mass effect was truly a spectacular game. Great graphics and storyline. But after the campaign there is no free roam unlike Oblivion. You have to restart the campaign from scratch. Overall brilliant but needs free roam

After a mixed batch of previous efforts, varying from near perfect, blindingly difficult and downright ugly, anybody would have been forgiven for thinking that this game would either fail big time or only appeal to the hardcore gamer. Well I would have to say that neither of those statements are true... entirely.
DMC4 is at heart an arcade inspired action/slash em up game with nods to other games such as Resident Evil and Ninja Gaiden. You take the role as Nero and Dante (the latter of which DMC fans will be accustomed) and your job is to run through castles, crypts and other fiendishly halloween inspired locations. The only hitch is that situated in each of these beautifully crafted locales is a plethora of demon spawn and other unsightly ... Read More:

This game isn't a bad game, the graphics are amazing and the storyline great. Yet the gameplay is the same all the way through minus the vehicle scenes. All you do is duck/cover behind something in every mission. And the Final boss, guess what you have to do? Duck and Cover.
Did not live up to the hype for me, however you may find it enjoyable so go ahead doesn't get much cheaper than this.

This is a real example of what a next-generation console can do. With the power of the 360, you get the racing and graphics hinted at in PS2 / Xbox games, but with a never-faltering framerate and of course more detailed visuals. The game's strongpoint is its physics engine; it is sublime. I've played some great PC sim racers, and this one on the 360 is right up there. It is incredibly realistic and satisfying to play. It's difficult (try turning off some or all of the assists) - but not annoyingly so. A 4WD Audi TT grips the tarmac as you'd imagine, whilst a 70's Porsche 911 is a delight to slide out the back end and regain control. Enemy AI is pretty good, and you are penalised for crashes which makes the racing far more tense than the PS / PS2 / PS3 GT series ... Read More:
Now i was more in for buying The Orange Box (it will now be called TOB, because im lazy) on the computer, but due to already being brought to the brink of throwing my computer out of the window after useing 'steam' on it i decided to go for the safe option.
Firstly i could not belive what i got with the game, Half life 2, Half life 2 EP 1, EP2, TF2 AND Portal!! wow, amazing value for money (il be a wise trader yet!, 50 points to ANYONE who knows what game thats from, remember points make....errrrm prizes?)
anyway, half-life 2 is just as i rememberd playing it on *shudders* steam. Fun, Long and a great story-line, but the real issue is when i got to EP 1, it is short, boring and overly annoying.
but thankfully, ... Read More:

Like many others, Rob the brilliant's review infuriated me. Firstly, he reviewed the full product based on the demo -- this could lead to incomplete information being passed over to potential buyers. Secondly, this game is no Tony Hawk's; Skate surpasses any TH game I have ever played. I loved the TH titles in the beginning but then I found myself thinking 'This isn't realism. I'm a skater and I want a game to imitate real life skating'. Skate answered my wishes and is the most fun I've had without actually skateboarding. The tricks look and feel amazing; the smooth control system makes you believe that you're really pulling off the moves. I couldn't recommend this game to a skaterboarder more, and even if you're not a skater there's still plenty to enjoy. Any complaints ... Read More:

...... the wireless headset is NOT as clear as the wired one. I bought my first wireless headset, based on reports of better sound clarity and the convenience of no wires. BOTH (more of that in a moment) of my headsets haven`t sounded any clearer than the wired one. The reason I say both of my headsets is that I`m on my second one, the first one stopped charging after a few weeks of use. My second headset had just failed, with the same fault. My friend also bought a wireless headset at the same time as I bought my first one. His stopped charging about a week ago, at least he had a few months use before having to return it.
I`ve got a wireless headset for my mobile phone, which only cost about £12. Why can`t Microsoft not get a headset, costing nearly 3 times as much, ... Read More:

This reciever lets you use your Xbox 360 controller, Racing wheel and headset with you Windows computer, this it does very well, and for only £10-£15.
I usualy only play games on my Xbox, but recently got a new computer and wanted to get games such as Portal for it, however, i do not like using the mouse/keyboard set-up so i bought one of these. The Xbox 360 controller is quite possibly the most comfortable i have ever used and i am pleased that i can now use it with my computer.
Please note, if you put the disc in a Windows Vista machine, it will say you do not have the required specifications and will direct you to a page on microsoft's website where you can download and install the Windows Vista version of the driver.

I think everyone has notice this game is just the school version of GTA. In order words its for kids who have parents that closely view the type of games that they play therefore those kids won't have the pleasure of playing GTA and this game is probably as close as it gets to GTA.
Don't get me wrong this game is great, enjoyable and will last quite a while but if you own a 360 and don't have a large sum of money to spend then the obvious choice is to buy GTA 4 over Bully.

I was a huge fan of all of the burnouts since the very first one and 'revenge' is probably the best - i actually completed the single player with perfect in all events.
The new freeroaming burnout is a completely differnt game and i ahve to say i don't like it anywhere near a much. In the old games the 'wrong turns' were blocked off, but they're not in this one leading to some errors at 100mph and more than a little frustration. The level up seems similar to older versions but you seem to ride the same routes at each level just in faster cars and there doesn't seem to be as much variation as in burnout revenge.
Burnot has been great up until now - please bring the old version back Criterion
UPdate - i've just recieved a second hand copy of burnout revenge ... Read More:
