HP Officejet Pro L7780 Printer

I just bought this printer and have been using it for a few days so I thought I'd write a review of my experiences thus far. I had read a few reviews before purchasing it and was somewhat confused as it had got mixed ones.

Setting up was very easy. By this, I mean I could send a fax within seconds of turning it on, connected it to the home network which only involved putting in the network key etc. The only thing that took me more than 5 minutes to do was to set up the network folders. The instructions included were rubbish really. I had to go onto the hp website to get the full intructions but once I did, i had no issues accessing folders set up on my pc from the printer and sending ... Read More:

Canon PIXMA MX7600 Multi Function Printer

Just bought a Canon Pixma MX7600. Everything was fine till I tried to install the fax and DRPD (Distinctive Ring Pattern Detection) only to discover that it was not available in the UK despite my phone provider (BT) having this service. This is just so poor, on a machine of this price this is just unacceptable. I contacted the technical support but they were absolutely clueless. Really disappointed. I think I am going to send it back to get my money back!I would certainly advise not to buy this printer!

I am joining the long list of negative reviews found not only here but also on amazon.com. This printer has caused me no end of problems specifically regarding the paper feed, but also the software (even though I managed to get it working under Vista, but again very complicated) and HP's customer service is no better. Keep your hands of this one. I am going to buy a new printer, but never again will I touch HP products.

I have no issue with this printer itself.
However I object to having to pay premium prices for replacement cartridges.
It is not possible to get compatible cartridges or to refill successfully.
Result? Its cheaper to buy a new printer and throw away a functioning machine.
Canon and other companies should be made to pay landfill charges!

Not cheap but works well. Print quality excellent, rapid easy to use fax. Fairly large footprint. After 3 months use I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

HP PSC 1510 All in One Colour Printer, Scanner and Copier

I've had this printer for over 6 months for business use. It's been very reliable and copes with printing up to 80 sheets a day on a regular basis.
It does seem to get through ink rather quickly hence 4 stars rather than 5.
Other than that I'm happy with the quality, ease of use and reliability and think it's a good product for the price.
