When I opened the lid for the connecting cable one hinge came out of its support.Than pluged it to my Vaio laptop and connected the mouse.
It did not work! No luck with Plug and Play. It wil go back to the supplier.

Bought this antenna to use with an Edimax access point. The access point struggled to work on the standard antenna with an iPhone more than about 8-10m away from it. This antenna provides a 100% signal to the iPhone anywhere in the house, including upstairs which is through several walls and a good 20m away. Bargain!

I bought one of these to use in my living room with my MS Media Centre, big mistake.
10 meters is the "theory" but it has trouble working correctly 2 meters away!! The mouse also has trouble recognising that it is moving if you use a black surface to place the mouse on, I've used the MS bluetooth keyboard before and that is exeptional, although it is 4 times the price. This is not a good product. I ended up buying a MCE IR keyboard, much better and it has an off switch to save on batteries.

I bought this product as my old Netgear PC card was only getting a 'low' or 'very low' signal and if left on for a long time, the LED would stop blinking and I couldn't get into the internet at all. I'd have to log off and leave it for a couple of hours. I downloaded the new software from the CD and all seemed well. I connected to our network using the Netgear Smart Wizard and put in the password, but it would not let me 'validate' the settings and, when I turned the computer off and on again, they were lost, so I had to click on the network and put in the password again. We have had so much hassle with our network recently and the Netgear helpline was less than helpful so I have to admit that I did not even bother phoning them for a solution. Instead ... Read More:

this product is designed, via the use of a USB connection to prevent you using your internet on anything other than your home PC and even then connection is patchy and slow. This "router" does not support ethernet or wireless connection and wastes one of your USB ports. The USB connection merely prevents you from utilising your phone-line to the best of its ability on the PC and resticts you from using your internet anywhere else because of its utter lack of compatibilty. Stay away from this product, there are plenty of better devices on the market.
