Loved these speakers and used them on holidays, in the bedroom, in the garden for 18mnths.

Sound fantastic

Problem with Connecting wire now means only 1 speaker produces sound consistently.
Nonetheless thinking of buying another set, because of quality sound and portability

Anyone who is looking for or prefer a portable, simple sound system for uni or office without the added wires and bulk, or who simply need the space, this is a perfect choice.

They look fabulous, build quality is good and the product has some weight for stabilty on a desk but also to reproduce sound accurately - which surprisingly responsive with deep bass without a separate sub!

Power, volume, bass and treble are conveniently located behind a pivoting door. Has a headphone jack for private listening, shielded for use near video monitors, as well as polished, piano-quality black finish.

When you first get these out of the box you will be ASTONISHED at the size of the sub and satellites. These things are beastly.

When i first connected them up and heard them I honestly thought what the hell is wrong with them! They are connected to a PC by USB: When your computer CPU is under strain, the USB functions are affected as well. Thus, when listening to music and when your computer CPU is doing something strenuous, your speakers will suffer (crackly noise or intermittent playback).

Another thing, if they are connected to your PC by USB, they WILL NOT BE USING your soundcard. Thus, those that have good quality soundcards like a soundblaster X-Fi, will not actually be using it if you connect by USB.

Great speakers - great sound for the cost and size. Would highly recommend for what they cost - Excellent value for money. They look really neat. Cracking sound quality for such a compact item.

As a professional musician and organist, quality of sound is of paramount importance in my hi-fi set-up. Having upgraded my computer to an iMac two years ago, it wasn't long before I wanted to upgrade the little Labtec speakers which had provided sound whenever sound-clips were featured on a website, so after some research, I purchased a pair of Behringer MS20 active monitors.
