I was given this as a leaving present, as a kind of joke, but my colleagues didn't realise I've always loved ants and really wanted one of these for ages! I wasn't disappointed. This is a well-designed product which provides hours of entertainment and fascination. Dino Magic Egg

I was very happy with this product as i didnt have a huge desire to get it in the first place, which was a very pleasant surprise when i realised how much fun they are ... The dino egg gets dropped into warm water and starts to fizz. It is quite fun and really strange the way the little plastic pieces are left in the bottom of the water container. It is good fun because you can mix and match the pieces and make a new breed. It is also good to look on the scoreboard on the back and see what type the dino is and you can get higher scores for rarer breeds. Very fun!

Building the lagoon is easy.

Put water in lagoon - Only you can only use rain or bottled water, you have to do this in the lagoon lid until triops are 3 weeks old.
Pop triop eggs in - You have to let the water turn room temperature then place in eggs.
Then leave (till feeding time) - Its winter so a desk lamp has to be left on laggon 12hours a day
I put eggs in and seriously one day later the triops could be seen (a bit minute at first)

Grass and cress: Planted these seeds about 3 days ago all easy, leaflet said one week for cress and two weeks for grass only cress visable very much so.

I can't believe the previous review!! Why on earth +0do a review of something you have not tried but just imagine will be bad...I mean, what outlook on life does that reflect...just ridiculous!
My 4 year old got this for Christmas from an uncle and I think it has been great. At four my son is very interested in absolutely everything and has wanted a pet for a while. This gave him the opportunity to have a fish tank but one that probably only lasts as long as his interest. The Aquasaurs live between 20 and 90 days so although I end up keeping the beasts happy i only have to do it for a limited time.

Wild Science - Worm World

I am a childminder so bought this as an activity to do with a range of children from 2 upto 11 years.
It is really terrible. Ours has been going for about 4 weeks now (the max time wormworld say you should keep the worms in for) and you would not know there were worms in there! Although the box is quite thin, the worms still manage to stay 'in the middle' and so out of sight.(there are worms in there, 9 in fact, 10 is the max number allowed) Aload of cobblers and a complete waste of money.
Their is a tiny booklet in there telling you about worms, which is slightly interesting, but by far the most enjoyable part of the whole thing was digging for worms in the first place. You would be better off saving your money and getting an old bucket.

I bought this product for my 10 yr old cousin for her Birthday. As soon as she opened the present she couldn't wait to start blending the different scents to make her own Perfume. I was concerened that there didn't seem very much in the kit, especially for the size of the box, however, several scents were made along with slime and pourri. Overall a fantastic product and educational.

National Geographic - Night-Vision Goggles

I don't believe this product matches the description. A red light bulb does not provide night vision. I'm going to return this product.
