This is a wonderful game, one of the best on the PSP, i have owned my PSP from when it first came out and to be honest there has been a lot of very average games. But this game like most things is just such a simple idea but works beautifully, it is very well presented with nice graphics and user friendly interface. I have played this game for well over 100 hours and still cant put it down, this is what the PSP was designed for short bursts of gameplay which can be easily picked up, pick yourself up a copy you just cant go wrong ! 5 stars, thanks for reading.

When I bought this game I was unsure if it would live up to the hype generated by gaming critics. It was cheap and I needed a pizzle game for my PSP, so I decided to get it.
And the critics and reviewers are certainly right giving it the acclaim it deserves. The main game in Lumines is Challenge Mode where you earn points to unlock new skins you can play in Single Skin Mode. The aim is to create as many 2x2 blocks with the same colour using other 2x2 blocks. It sounds really simple, especially when I mention that there are only two colours per skin to make squares with, but thats where the simplicity ends and the addiction begins. Why? Well, the reason you will get hooked into this game is because it is difficult and I do play on this ... Read More:

I was interested by the idea of a puzzle game to test your intelligence. I've like puzzles and I've always wanted to be presented with a challenge. I bought PQ, and what a challenge it is.
There are 10 stages split up in to 10 questions. You use your white man to move blocks, build stairs, get past guards, open doors and remember certain routes. The areas the game test are done extremely well. Memory tests are usually the easiest for me, and some of these puzzles have made me think more than I've needed to for a while. It's an entertaining puzzler, and if you do complete the whole PQ test, then you are able to compare yourself to the rest of the world. The music is the only annoying thing, apart from not being able to complete a puzzle!!

What a brilliant concept! You are a simple blob with an aim to roll and bounce through worlds of varying difficulties, find your 20 friends, get fatter and clear the stage. Using only the PSP's shoulder buttons, you tilt the gaming screen to roll and use either of the same buttons to bounce. It is very relaxing to play! The blob's vocals and background music are so funny, I'm sure it is in Japanese and is pretty catchy!
The game is like the platform games of old with a simple side-scrolling action and bonus ability to bounce/roll backwards to a degree of you can manage. Background is a non-confusing solid coloured affair with numerous hidden passages to discover. Enemies are amusing to defeat with your rotund little body! The game also allows ... Read More:

Yes admittedly there are a few drawbacks to this game, mentioned in other reviews, such as the reversal of the X and O keys and the somewhat bizarre animal picture rewards.
Having said that, this game works well on a lot of levels and has different layers which maintain interest for long periods of time. The Brain Age test keeps you coming back daily to try and improve your previous score, whilst the school-style grading of the training games makes you keen to improve on your scores in each game, because really, who doesn't want to be given A+ grades for everything they do?! There is also a challenge mode where you travel around the world answering questions. If completed, which is no mean feat, you are rewarded with awards for various different skills, which ... Ive owned my Sony Cybershot W5 camera for several years now and tried to make do with a miniscule 128mb Memory Stick constantly deleting some lovely photographs just to make space for others.
The time i purchased my camera Memory sticks of this size cost well over £30 so i always put off purchasing a higher capacity stick for this very reason thinking i could make do for the time being, that was five years ago.
Recently on a visit to Co durham i paid a visit to Escomb church which is one of only three surviving buildings that dates from 650AD that is totally intact.I was visiting on a business trip to nearby Shildon and thankfully must return early next year.
This was only my second time this far North from Wales so imagine my annoyance ... Read More:

ahhh who can not love Lemmings? those of you old enough to remember might recall the Amiga advert on TV which launched Lemmings with the background song 'Sunshine on a Rainy Day'. That sticks in my mind - must be a mis spent youth locked in my room on my Amiga. So i can recall all the retro joy of Lemmings on the PSP now! Im pleased to say the classic style hasnt been messed with - all the ususal lemming functions are present and correct and the whole look and feel is the same. This game started a revolution in games that were 'different' not just shooting and driving and fighting but having to think and work out puzzles. I defy anymore not to shed a tear as you hear that heartbreaking noise as your lemming gets squashed, burnt, drown, crushed, falls from a huge height etc. Doncha ... Read More:
