Doctor Who - 12" Radio Control Black Dalek

I bought the 12" Dalec Sec to add to my collection and he really is finished better and sounds better than the gold Dalek I have. I have to agree with what a lot of other reviewers have said, the blue illuminated eye is really eerie and my favourite phrase is "No other warning will be given".

Considering I remember the Daleks from the 60's, I really should find something better to do with my life, but these guys really are something.

Doctor Who - Tardis Electronic Playset

Well, if you can avoid sending £40 on this toy - I got it for £10 as part of a multibuy - it's excellent value. Once assembled - and set aside an hour to do this - it's a far larger structure than you'd guess from the box. This is so different from most Dr Who toys which look better and more substantial in the box.

The toy is an excellent backdrop for kids to play with the various Dr Who characters. It's a bit like a stage. Paying heed to other reviewers, it's not particularly robust but sets the context for Dr Who-themed play. I'd recommend it and wouldn't mind one myself!!

Doctor Who - Cyberman Voice Changer Helmet

If your kids love Doctor Who, then you have to buy this Cyberman Helmet.
Extremley durable, robust and remarkably lightweight. It will fits kids and Adults alike with its adjustable headband setting inside the helmet.
Our kids are scared to death of the Cybermen, so we have had hours of fun stalking them outside their bedroom door late at night !!!! (especially when they wont to go sleep!!!)
Dont think twice about worrying if this is value for money. I would have paid double to have had the amount of laughs we have had from it so far.
Definately recommended !!!!

Doctor Who - Electronic Sonic Screwdriver

I got this as a stocking filler for my 7 year old daughter. It ended up being the most played with toy she got on Christmas day! If only I'd known beforehand I needn't have spent a fortune on all the other presents!
The wipe clean pad with invisible ink and UV light work well. Only problem is the detachable nibs tend to get detached and left lying around. Batteries were included - that alone probably covered the cost as it was reduced before Chtristmas!

Doctor Who - 12" Cyberman Figure (Version I)

I pre-ordered this 12" figure last year and had to wait a long time for Amazon to send it (it was on sale everywhere before it was sent out!). I must say it was worth the wait. It looks good and sits on my desk in a very menacing manner.
I imagine kids could break it without too much effort, but what can't they? It's now reduced in price so would make a good addition to a childs action figure collection. At twelve inches it's a good size for carrying in smaller hands.
If you or your child likes Dr Who then you should definitely get it.

Doctor Who Sonic Screwdriver LED Torch

Have you ever opened a gift to find it is totally not the sort of gift you liked to receive. You wonder who bought it you and why ? Then you get that feeling of embarrassment. Well, this is how I felt when I saw this item. Firstly, it looks so much like a pen, it really needed to have one built into it, to make it worth its while. The LED flashlight is pretty hopeless, the item looks cheap and plasticy because it is just that !

Most of the Dr. Who tie in stuff I've seen has been pretty well finished, epsecially the Daleks. This item is far from that and if you were considering buying one for a kid, I'd forget it and opt for one of the other sonic screwdrivers on the market.

Doctor Who 5" Action Figure - Rose & K9

I absolutely love this figure. Rose Tyler has her gorgeous new haircut and is wearing a fabulous outfit,which was featured in New Earth. She is not posed in a ridiculous stance and her face is not screwed up in a weird position. She has ball jointed legs making her good for doing a spot of wonderful kung-fu. She has a fantastic likeness towards Billie Piper. This figure has the best likeness of a T.V or film character I have ever seen, (as does the David Tennant figure.) Combined with her shiny little companion,K9 she's ready for a spot of alien bashing. With all the villains and the doctor she looks FANTASTIC! She's the centerpiece of my collection and I love her. Doctor Who - 5" Face Of Boe (With Animated Mouth)

This is a great toy but both my son and I were led to believe that it would actually talk and when it didn't we felt a bit cheated. However, my son loves Dr Who and he likes to re-enact scenes from the programme so it was good fun for that reason.
