This aerial is worth the money, picks up all Freeview channels which is a bonus. I don't know if all residents of new build estates struggle with phone / tv signals like us but this aerial has been an exception to the problems. Switch it on and let it tune in, its that easy.
Excellent service by the supplier. Promptly delivered within timescale and goods well packaged. Recommended.

Ordered this from Strand via Amazon, received within 2 working days, adequately packaged. Bought it for the bedroom TV in a very poor reception area. Within minutes it was up-and-running with more Freeview channels than on the main TV downstairs which is connected to the loft aerial. Still no ITV channels on Freeview (apart from CITV) but as we can't get them on the other TV I wasn't surprised. Note: this product comes with no instructions, but setting it up seemed fairly self-explanatory.
Overall, an excellent product which does exactly what it says on the box, and even in a very poor reception area gives a good selection of channels. For the price, it's a great indoor TV aerial and with the addition of Freeview reception, well ... Read More:

I followed all instructions to the letter and was lucky enough to have a rooftop aerial connection. When searching for channels it showed 'no signal' constantly and I thought I had a major problem but when finished it showed 66 channels found. I have been able to watch TV and record programmes etc. So far, I'm very satisfied with this item - not bad for a 71 year old lady!!!
when the antenna are fully extended this thing looks like an angry alien staring back at you from the top of the tv and as far as i can work out it feeds of the tv signal waves and leaves my tv with none to work with. Do not buy this unless you are prepared to stand next to the tv with one hand atteched to it so that you act as the aerial yourself, it is the only way you will get a decent picture for each channel.

I liked this game to start with, as I was unlocking new games and new levels. But as several people have said, it got repetitive and almost a chore, and the only reward was to see my EP improve. However, I reached 80% and have played several times since, and it has stopped increasing. So I've given up on it... It was interesting to see someone's review, saying that their game corrupted at 80%. Has anyone ever got beyond 80?

We owned an original Nintendo DS for two years - we bought it right when it released in December 2004. When I first saw the DS Lite at E3 in 2006, I was thrilled. The game great handheld unit design - but lighter! Brighter! Tuned! It really showed that Nintendo had been paying attention to customer feedback during those two years, and had tweaked its unit to be even better than before.
First, the weight. We always *loved* the design of the DS, with its folding top. As PSP owners, I can't tell you how many time that poor PSP screen gets dinged or scratched. We had to buy extra carrying cases for our PSP and get screen protectors. In comparison, the DS's clamshell design means the screen is perfectly protected when you tote it around in your pocket ... The early 1940's were never going to be easy and good 'propaganda' films were essential to the well-being of the Great British Public. Went The Day Well defines the British spirit, that of total belief that 'we would win the war'. The film opens showing an English village after the war, even though the war was very much still going on at the time this film was made, and told the story of the Germans buried on English soil. It goes on to show a typical English village in full swing during the war. It never ceases to amaze me that it really was like that, according to my parents, that a terrible thing like war was going on and yet 'normal' life continued as much as possible. The stereotypical differences between the English and German soldiers was obvious from ... Read More:

My 4 year old Mini Portable TV is really good - I use it in the bedroom at home and also in my Touring Caravan BUT it is only Analogue - which it picks up beautifully with an excellent picture. I've been determined not to have too ditch it in 2009 when the switch over happens.
Having bought an excellent little portable Freeview box = a 'Tvonics' (it works on Mains & 12 Volt + connects to NON Scart TVs too) I assumed I was now sorted - however try as I might with my existing portable aerial I could not pick up anything Aaaaagh !
Damn the Digital switchover !
Then I heard about this little Aerial - I connected everything up & waited for the box to search & find the Digi channels while I jiggled with the Aerial's position ....Bah ... Read More:
I am really happy with this product. Even at full price this is a bargain! They are pretty and sturdy earrings. The picture does not do them justice. I would suggest buying the matching necklace (which is also very good), which I did, as they make a really nice gift for someone at a good price.

Made at a time when Scotland Yard could have a simply frightful time catching a smash and grab raider, apart from anything else; when the old hands can remember criminals whole families and what prisons they are/were in; when an anonymous caller gives a tip off and all Scotland Yard swings immediately and earnestly into action; when crimes were recorded on index cards and a whole army of men employed to manually cross check everything; when department store sales clerks spoke with an Oxbridge accent; when everybody smoked; when kids thought it was wizard to have lemonade (with straws) at birthday parties; when your wife worried about you; and when you called your quarry 'chummy'...
This is so cheesy by modern standards that it's almost a self-parody - almost, but not ... Read More:
