Aliens Love Underpants!

I bought this purely based on the strong reviews here. Thought it would be an amusing book for my 3 year old niece. Unfortunately I can't agree with the positive ratings at all - there is no storyline and so little content, it was over before it really started! I agree the illustrations are quite cute so a small toddler might enjoy looking at the pictures but I think you would have to make up your own story to make it funny or interesting. Even the rhyming phrases are quite weak. I also bought another book called Room on the Broom which is so much better.

This is the best activity game my children have ever played. We bought it at the beginning on the school holidays and it's still a firm favourite at the end of the holidays, not relegated to a dusty shelf like most others. I'm buying another today for a birthday present so I can't recommend it more than that.
It's loved by my 3,6 and 8 year old and is the first game ever I've found they will play together without adult help right to the end.
It has also taught my 3 year old to count. He's never been able to equate numbers on a dice with jumps, spaces etc before but he is now 'getting it'. The dice only goes up to 2 (2 sides 2, 2 sides 1, 1 side blue fish, 1 side pirhana) so it is very helpful in teaching very young children that ... Read More:

Bandai Ben 10 Omnitrix F/X

My four year old Ben10 fan borrowed this FX Omnitrix from a friend earlier this year and loved it. It doesn't really do anything but light up and make the Ben10 noises but the sounds are very authentic and the watch seems to very satisfying to hit before you "transform". I was nervous he was going to break his friends watch before we had a chance to give it back as he is very tough on his toys and we ended up having it for about a month, in which is was played with pretty much every day. Dropped on the floor alot, bashed on the wall alot etc, but it was in the exact same condition when he gave it back so must be pretty tough.

this is one of the best films ive seen all year....for the people that have only voted this 3 stars or less...has problems. the effects are amazing and the storyline is good, i ave watched it twice in 2 weeks because its that good.

I was interested in buying this and saw one out for demonstration, so i thought i'd test it out before i bought it. Lucky i did! I thought of a racoon and began the game. It began promising, asking sensible questions, then went totally off the point. It never got it in 20 questions and only got it on the 25 question, which i felt was a bit of a cheat. I tried again with something simple, but this time, it never got it. I was glad when the words "you win" came up on the screen and it turned itself off, probably because it was embarrassed! At that point, i had to leave, which i felt glad to do, and was very glad i tried it before i bought it. Ben 10 Puzzle (100 Pieces)

I got this as a stocking filler for my 6 year old and it was quite a difficult puzzle to put together.

First of all we couldnt get in the box without ripping all the paper and secondly the pieces are quite flimsy.

It took us a while to finish but we got there!

Transformers Movie Blaster Arm Prime

Bought this for our 3 year old for Christmas and he loves it, so does his dad and every other male person who sees it. Has remained 1 of his favourites. Had no problems with bullets getting stuck - only getting lost as they fire a long way - wish I could buy some more. Only complaint would be that 1 of the lorry doors fell off, but that is probably more to do with it being played with so much. For a youngster who likes transformers, but finds the figures too difficult (even i cant do them!) I would recommend this toy
