I have three children, ages between 7 and 2, and they all love this toy. They get most enjoyment when a friend arrives who's similar in size, because then they can balance the beam while pushing themselves around and around with the swivel action (and then suddenly stopping so that they nearly throw each other onto the ground -- oh, the games children play!).

The two-year-old can only play with an older child doing all the work, but she will stay on it for an hour if someone would indulge her for that long.

Gripe-wise, there's only really one: the spikes on the bottom of the seats don't half tear-up the grass! I suppose if the see-saw didn't also swivel, then you could put something like boards underneath the seats ... Read More:

In The Night Garden - Who's Here?

i think all the in the night garden storys are wonderful. i have three young children and along with my husband we watch as a family. i find their way of kissing and hugging a good way to show young children love and friendship without corrupting their minds. i would much rather see those weird characters hugging and kissing than most thing we see on childrens tv.
some people may find the repeating phrases annoying but it teaches children different sounds very much like the teletubbies did. my two year old son is disabled and has difficulty communicating but since he started to watch it he has been making more sounds and enjoys having them repeated back to him.
also the calming voice of derek jacobi makes it a little bit grown up ... Read More:

In the Night Garden (Little Library): Little Library (In the Night Garden)

I bought these for my two year old who is a recent In The Night Garden fan. They are fantastic. Admittedly the box arrived a bit worse for wear (I am in Australia) but it still holds the books when it needs to. My daughter carries the books everywhere. Stops, sits down to read them, waves them around in one hand, lines them up to count to 6 or turns them over to complete the puzzle on the back. For a few dollars she has had hours of fun already. Highly recommend!

Roary the Racing Car - Roary Giant Floor Puzzle

Although this says age 3 on it, my little boy has mastered it - just before his 2nd birthday!! He absolutely loves it - and so does my daughter who is almost 4! It is made of fairly tough stuff and the pieces are a great size for little hands. Highly recommended!!!

VTech Dora the Explorer Laptop

I brought this toy for my daughter for her 3 rd birthday, she is just starting to learn her alphabet and recognise her numbers. I find that the fact that it has Dora on it helps to keep her interested. she does find the mouse a little confusing as she doesn't really understand how it works so she just uses the keyboard for now. Even my friends 4 yr old son likes this toy and will play with it for hours. overall a very worthwhile educational toy.

What can I say? This is just a fantastic learning DVD for kids. I have a 23mth old and he just adores Justin and all the nursery songs. Its brilliantly made, (the song of 1,2,3,4,5 just cracks me up!)
A definete buy for any child!

I loved this film almost as much as my children.
It is without doubt the best kids film ever made.
I loved Shrek and Small Soldiers , but and my kids say TOPY STORY is Number One.
