Doctor Who - Electronic Sonic Screwdriver

I got this as a stocking filler for my 7 year old daughter. It ended up being the most played with toy she got on Christmas day! If only I'd known beforehand I needn't have spent a fortune on all the other presents!
The wipe clean pad with invisible ink and UV light work well. Only problem is the detachable nibs tend to get detached and left lying around. Batteries were included - that alone probably covered the cost as it was reduced before Chtristmas!

Doctor Who - 5" Flight Control Tardis (Electronic)

This is a great toy, whoever designed it must have done it through the eyes of a child. The detail is impressive and so is the functionality. I think it offered great value for money and I think its great!

Doctor Who - Tardis Electronic Playset

We bought this playset for our six year old son for a bargain price of £12.99. It is definately worth the price. Anyone that says its flimsy has not put it together correctly.It took about 45 mins to put together and you must make sure you 'snap' all the struts into the slots tightly. If done right , you can easily pick the model up and move it around. The sounds and light effects are FAB. The only thing missing is a character to play with which is a shame.My son isn't one for playing with toys much but this has seen a few hours of fun already so i would definatley recommend but be prepared to read some instructions to assemble properly !!

Doctor Who - The Professor Gift Set

My little ones received the tardis playset for christmas so I thought I'd get them some more figures to play with and this set seemed good value. The Doctor and Martha are perfectly fine but The Master and Professor Yana are made of a very fragile plastic. They were playing quite nicely with the Yana doll and his head snapped off. Quite a shame as I'd just had to return a defective Doctor doll (who's arm fell off) from the Satan Pit set that I'd ordered at the same time as this set so we're not having much luck. Quite disapointing.

Doctor Who - 5" Face Of Boe (With Animated Mouth)

This is a great toy but both my son and I were led to believe that it would actually talk and when it didn't we felt a bit cheated. However, my son loves Dr Who and he likes to re-enact scenes from the programme so it was good fun for that reason.

Doctor Who - 5" The Reaper (Electronic)

I bought a couple of these Dr Who 'Reapers' ,and was amazed at the size of the thing! It comes on a clear PVC stand,and stands about 9" tall (with its wings up),and is a massive 13" long!!!! Yes 13" long,it is the best Dr Who 5" item that I have ever bought,and would recommend it to anyone.

The 'Reaper' also lights up its belly ,when you press a swith on its back,it is about 8 inches wide aswell......so buy one today,it'll be the best Dr Who figure you've bought so far!

Doctor Who - 5" The Satan Pit Set

The Doctor looks fab in his spacesuit with removable helmet and the lift looks good too and it's quite roomy. My kids can cram quite a few figures into it! My only niggle with it is that you have to be very careful with the Doctor's arms (The glove part) as they are not brillianly attached. In fact, we had to send for a replacement set when one of his hands came off whilst trying to carefully remove him from the box. So far, the replacement has been ok but do be careful with him... Nice little set though overall.

Doctor Who The Doctor's Fob Watch

From about five feet away the watch looks quite good, the detailing on the front is well moulded and it generally looks quite real and solid, indeed from five feet the watch looks as it does in the photograph above; don't be fooled this is the best it will ever look.

When you get close enough to actually touch it and pick it up, the cheap slightly shiny grey plastic creaks in your hand, belying the flimsy construction.

The front of the watch is opened with a difficult to reach, loose fitting plastic stud on the top of the adjustment dial, which itself is moulded into the main body and does nothing, revealing the face of the watch, which conspires to be shadowy and difficult to read.
