Wii Wheel (Official)

A Wii wheel comes with MarioKart the game but MarioKart comes into its own when you are racing someone else.

With one wheel and 2 children it was arguments every time the game was played - an extra wheel was a must.

The wheel transforms the game and the official wheel feels the best and is worth a couple of extra pounds.

Logic3 Sports Wheel (Wii)

As the title suggests, the Logic3 wheel is an adequate alternative to the Wii wheel. There is only one word of caution; the Logic3 wheel is SMALLER than the official one, which took me by surprise when I purchased it. As luck would have it, I was purchasing this for my son who is 4, and it suits him down to the ground. The chassis of the wheel is solid enough and the wii remote fits snug in to the middle section. It's low cost, and certainly does increase the fun in the games. My son has played his Wii far more since getting the steering wheel, which has been interesting.

So in summary, this is a no-brainer purchase as long as you are happier with a slightly smaller than normal steering wheel.

Pro Evolution Soccer (Wii)

I have had this game a couple of months and I am still playing it so it must be pretty decent. The ability to move players about independently makes it feel more realistic, and for a Wii football game the graphics are good. In fact I would say its the best football game I've ever played on a Nintendo console.

Other reviews have moaned about the Champions Road, but I think it is a quite involving game mode (if a bit slow at times having to attach attributes to players).


Some flaws though (which haven't spolied it for me but may do for others!):
-Menus: the menus are annoying to navigate and trying to substitute players in and out of your team is more difficult then it needs to be.

Lego: Indiana Jones (Wii)

We started playing at 8pm because there was nothing on tv (what a surprise) next thing we knew it was 1am!
Loads of fun, the lego angle is excellent- we love when you blow someone up and they break into lego bricks.
Excellent if you don't want your kids exposed to gratuitous blood and gore, but they want to play a great action game.
Once you've completed the levels in story play, you can go back, using other characters from the films and find other hidden areas and "treasures" not accessable to the basic characters- so the game isn't boring, you just keep going back as other people-or make your own person, choose a spade or a whip, and off you go...

Boom Blox (Wii)

I brought this product a couple of weeks ago, a friend of 27 recommended it for me however I'm 19 and felt it was a bit childish, so i lent it to my friends children who are 5 and 10 and they loved it, the one of 5 found it a little challenging and frustrating but it kept them quite for ages. would definitely recommend it for child

This game is absolutely brilliant and I would recommend it to anyone. By far the best Wii game that I have played. Don't understand all the fuss about the putting - it seems fine to me. Some of the earlier negative comments nearly put me off buying this game, but so glad that they didn't.

Ok so it's old, the graphics aren't what you would call next generation and the voice acting is truely awful....... the thing is this game is what alot of games aren't anymore....FUN! If you played trhe old arcade games then you will love this and if you didn't you will probably still love it. blowing the heads off zombies is very theraputic. I've got umbrella chronicles too and although technically it's better it ain't a patch on this. who buys a wii for graphics anyway??? buy this now but not from amazon i got next day delivery from an ebay shop. woo hoo!

No More Heroes (Wii)

This game has had a lot of insults because of the lack of blood. i love gore in films and i am attracted to gory games such as madworld and at first was excited abut the blood in this game.

When i realised there was no blood and it was censored, i was a bit confused as to why, but i knew it was such a great game that i had to hav it. I ordered it off of amazon and finished it in about 2months. (im a casual gamer, okay?)

who cares there's no blood, to be honest ithink as much as the blood looked cool, i think the effect when they die is actually better because it adds to the whole attitude of the gme. its a really wierd game and the whole black dust effect works with the games attitude perfectly. do not be put of bye the idiots saying its really bad because ...
