God of War: Chains of Olympus (PSP)

Brilliant graphics, good storyline, loved the monsters, lots of unlockables, and mini games. The only thing is that it was too short, I completed it in abouit 6 hours. But well worth it. Would recommend it to anyone. Callum Maxwell (age 10)

Loco Roco (PSP)

This is simply a great game. The graphics are a feast for the eyes! lovely, colourful spongy backgrounds. And ooh the satisfaction of growing bigger as you collect more little ones. If you just literaly want to go from the start to the end of the level then the game is really easy which is useful as its stops you getting frustrated if you cant collect all the bonus. You can however go all out and try to find ALL the bonuses of all descriptions and rescue all the creatures. Ive never played a game that was so 'nice' to play before. The music is great - the little creatures sing in their own language and even if the words dont make sense its still very catchy!. PSP Slim and Lite (Black)

The PSP 2000, commonly known as the PSP Slim and Lite is a great console. When I first go my PSP out of the box I was stunned how light it was. I have never had a PSP before but even so I was amazed by it's lightness. The Wifi was easy to set up and works brilliantly. I have not yet tried out music yet but listening to the sounds from my games,it is top notch.

I have only bought one game so far and that is Fifa 08 which is good. The problem with the PSP is that there is obviously no multiplayer option apart from online play. However the PSP makes up for this by being a handheld.I plan to buy Call of Duty 3 and some other games aswell.

Crisis Core acts as a prequel to Final Fantasy VII and focuses rather disjointedly on the events before Cloud joins AVALANCHE and the original game which shook the late 90s begins. Wipeout Pulse (PSP)

I was hesitant to buy this product since i already owned WipEout Pure for the PSP and many reviews said that this game was too similar to Pure.

I have found that this game is less of a seconed WipEout and more of an improved version of WipEout Pure. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone who has owned and enjoyed WipEout Pure, this game is different enough to be worth your £20!

Gameplay: The ships seem to handle easier than in WipEout Pure, but the AI is also better, so that levels it out. Overall a brilliant racing experience.

Graphics: Amazing for the PSP, this game has better graphics than WipEout Fusion on the PS2!

Sound: Brilliant techno music and powerful weapon noises.

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots (PS3)

First off, I am a fan of the series and generally favorable to anything Mr Hideo Kojima is involved with. Metal Gear Solid 4 (MGS4) is considered his 'greatest achievement yet', but the jury may still be out on that, as far as I'm concerned.

GAMEPLAY wise, MGS4 is a step ahead of its predecessors. The control system is slightly tweaked to take advantage of the PS3's functionality and it works like a charm. Whether DualShock 3 or the SIXAXIS, the game uses both the rumble function and motion sensing ability. The new 'free rotating' camera takes some getting used to, however, and can literally mean the difference between life and death during a fight, or sneaking part. Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops (PSP)

I read most of the reviews on this game, only one was bad and they were wrong. This is an amazing game all the soldiers are really cool there are tones of guns and every soldier is recruitable. The levels are long but not really long and quite fun. A good bit of this game is you can choose where you go and what you do. Each of the soldiers has a different job some are spys some are gamblers they have more chance of hitting a vunerable spot or getting hit in one. A must buy for stealth fans and fans of the other games, by the way this game is in real time unlike in metal gear acid on psp buy this game for the psp its amazing, the online modes really good and not fiddly at all. BUY THIS GAME!

Uncharted: Drake's Fortune (PS3)

Uncharted is a bit of a paradox for me, because it is far from perfect and has so many things wrong with it I should be scoring it low, but oddly the game scores high from me because for what ever reason I couldnt put it down from start to finish.

Okay, so lets tackle the key problems. Your journey is completely scripted from A - B and there are no different avenues to explore. Some of Drakes movements are quite clumsey looking and some of the primary movements such as dropping from a ledge and taking cover are especially clumsey as he can drop even though he is nowhere near a ledge. Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness (PSP)

I am not a fan of this kind of game but I started playing and literally could not stop for the next 2 weeks.
It is an immense game for the PSP. Its perfect tp pick up and play and it ticks all the boxes especially the durability box.

Definite must buy for fans of this genre and even more so non fans

Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction (PS3)

Tools of Destruction is fun. The graphics are great and some places they are stunning. there are a wide range of wacky weapons and locations with a storyline that is bigger and more personel to Ratchet than anything they've attempted before.
the platforming element is done very well and so are the StarFox style space levels where it isn't until your ship is flying through the rings of an asteroid that you truly realise the greatness of this game.
If you have enjoyed previous R&C games then this is a must buy as it brings in all the good elements from previous games and then makes them better on an epic scale.
