PSP Slim and Lite (Black)

The PSP is really a multimedia player, supporting photos, MP3's and video on it's large screen, as well as a decent internet and games support.
The games and UMD's released for it, however, are a joke.

I think that Sony should scrap the idea of a UMD based console and re-release it as a games compatable multimedia player, with a faster processor, built in solid state memory (like the ipod has) and a touch screen & stylus.

Either way, a good quality multimedia player as it is, at a low price with (now) cheap memory.

This is a interesting game which goes a bit over the limits with killing people but if you dont like killing this game could be classified as a driving game.

God of War: Chains of Olympus (PSP)

i agree with another reviewer who said that this game = tomb raider + tekken + greek mythology,
it is definitely the best psp game.
the graphics is superb and exploits all the power of the psp.
the gameplay is perfect.
there are frenetic actions with battles and fights, followed up by scenes in which you must think to find an escape route.
I wait future versions of this game

Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 (PSP)

This game retains most of the fun and the features of the PS2 version. Some bits are missing, like the commentary but so what. Really good fun and addictive. The fewer buttons actually make it more fun!

Call of Duty 3: Roads to Victory (PSP)

Overall the gameplay is fair, but the single player campaign felt too short, each of the 14 missions last around 20 minutes. If you start playing at lunch time you can finish by bed time. I would recommend borrowing from a friend or renting this game before committing to buy it.

The game has its share of bugs too. The most annoying has to be a looping sound right at the end of the first mission. The sound stops when you complete the mission, but it causes some future sounds to "drop", the fix is to exit the game (after saving your progress) and then run it again.

There is another bug with the game failing to spawn enemies, preventing you from progressing the mission. The solution is to restart the mission.

Logic3 Starter Pack (PSP)

this is a very good pack. the case is very sturdy and will protect ur PSP slim. the case also has a pouch that u can put headphones in and stuff but UMDS dont fit. the screen protector is good, if u dont get air bubbles!! it takes time to get it right!! u can also wash it and it will retain its stickyness. the strap that u put round ur wrist is a good length and u can detach it at the end of the plastic piping instead of taking the hole thing off!! i found that useful because you dont want to use it all the time!! i store the detach end in the case pocuh!! the car charger is useful and does the job!! headphones good no one else can hear the sound coming out off them which is good for car journeys and in the house. the screen cleaner is good but dont ... FIFA 08 (PSP)

I thought fifa 08 was a great game. The psp had great graphics and that is very good for a football game.It was a great game because it has lots of modes and things to do! I the challenge mode there are lots of challenges to go through and best of all you can do lots of things with the points you earn for completing a challenge. In manager mode you get lots of games and get to change players and formation and lots more. You can change the difficulty the camera view bookings injeries and offside. I think this was a good use of my time

Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core (PSP)

Well, as you can see in the other reviews, there are quite a few negative issues that some people have with this game. However, I love this game. I've nearly finished, and when I do, I'm going to play it again. To me, thats the mark of an excellent game.

This is not a turn based, strategic battle system affair like its parent game, but rather an action based game. I love the hacky-slashy combat - which to me seems perfect for an impulsive "leap before you look" type like Zack. The battle is complicated by the DMW (Digital Mind Wave), a slot wheel that spins to dole out bonuses. SEGA Mega Drive Collection (PSP)

I was so pleased to hear about this coming out, especially after owning SEGA Classics on PS2 and writing a rather harsh but true review for it on Amazon! This is an absolute blinder of a SEGA comp and they have truely redeemed themselves by putting 27 titles, which include a large percentage of great well known games (Sonic 1 & 2, Ecco The Dolphin, Golden Axe 1,2,3) and not so well known classics (Vectorman 1 & 2 and Ristar) on one UMD with spot on emulation that pretty much mirrors the original quality of the games and audio soundtracks, unlike the EA Replay comp, in which they emitted the original Road Rash music (WHAT!?). I've seen many memory cards similar to this one with a similar price, and it seems that many are scams. But this card is great! Real, official stick, great capacity.
