I liked the fact that it is much more durable and easy to play with than traditional paper "paper dolls." Rating: - Magnetic dress up dollThis is a great toy for my 3 year old daughter. I agree with some of the other reviews that it'd be better if it came in a box with a cover. I thought it would be more like the magnetic paper dolls I had so much fun with when I was little. The doll is cute and she has a lot of different outfits, shoes, etc., but they are also made of wood and are heavy and bulky and hard to align properly on the doll. It's cute, but I would not buy another one. Rating: - Good first "paper" dollMy 2 yr old is interested in dressing dolls, so this is a good first "paper" doll. Pieces are large and easy to handle, magnets work well. I wish the nice wooden box had a top for easy storage (I'm thinking of making one out of cardboard), and I wish the clothes were painted on for better durability (the clothes are paper that is pasted on the wood). |
