 Rating:  - Sony PlayStation 3 Blu-ray Disc Remote AwesomeThe Sony PlayStation 3 Blu-ray Disc Remote works like a champ. It was easy to sync up with the playstation and worked great in a minute. Rating: - UsefulIf you plan to watch DVDs with your PS3, this remote comes in handy. As others have noted, it does not have a power on/off button and the buttons are difficult to see in low light conditions so I cannot give it 5 stars. However it is much better than using the dualshock controller for viewing DVDs which requires a few steps of button pushing just to pause, rewind or do other functions. It is a useful remote and well worth the $[...]. Rating: - Great addition to PS3This remote sealed my deal as purchasing the ps3 for blu ray capability. It is multifunctional (as remote and controler) and connects via bluetooth quickly and easily. It would have been nice to include it with the package, but the price was negligable in the big picture, compared with the controlers and the initial PS3 price. Pick it up, you will value it if you are a movie watcher!!! Rating:  - You need something to make it a better Blu-Ray movie playerOne of the main reasons we got the PS3 was to play Blu-Ray movie disks. While it is possible to run it from one of the wireless game controllers, asking everyone who walks in the house to learn what the buttons mean for playing DVD's is too much. This remote at least provides familiar symbols for play/pause etc. The only disadvantage so far is that it is the only RF (Bluetooth) device in my entertainment center, so it won't work with my Logitech Universal IR remote. (Not really the controller's fault, it's just the way the PS3 is designed.) Maybe I should have considered one of the IR/PS3 adapters? This Bluetooth remote works with your PS3's console to provide full functionality of the blu-ray disc player from across your TV room.
