 Rating: - Fun toy, difficult manufacturerI got this play hut super action play zone for my 5 year old son for Christmas. I took it out of the box to try to put it together before I give it to him. Thank goodness I did. It was missing three very important parts, the supports for the sides and front. You can't play without the supports. I called Play Hut, because that is what it said to do on the box and packing slip. They won't help me. I have to pay to have it sent back to Amazon and then pay to get a new one, if I want it. I don't see why they can't just send me the three supports. Why should I have to pay for their mistake? The customer service rep I have been speaking with is not helpful at all.
