After ordering, I discovered that the shipping charges were $15.00 and tried to cancel. I was never able to get a live person on the phone and the website does not have any other way to contact them--no email contact. Then a few days later, we received a phone call from someone that got our number from "As Seen on TV" trying to sell us earrings. Now it has been 13 days and we have not heard from them or received the item. We called again and were not able to speak to a person. Called again and finally spoke with someone.
