The umbrella is big and beautiful. So far we've only had normal rainfall (and I stayed reasonably dry). I'm still waiting for that blustery rainy day where I can see how it stands up in a high wind.

Bought this to replace a London Fog I've been using for over twelve years. It's a nice design and compact umbrella that seems to be well made. I haven't had a good chance to test the wind vents yet but in Boston it's only a matter of time.
Thus far my only complaint is the wooden handle; I would rather it have been plastic. The paint on the handle started chipping off after the first use. I can see it'll only be a matter of time before I have to use a Sharpie on it.

There are a lot of people who would mindlessly give a product five stars, but really, this umbrella deserves it. It looks just like the picture. It's so bright and pink; it can be a real mood lifter on a dreary, rainy day. It's like hiding under a big flower--if you're into that sort of thing.

Beyond it's appearance, it has auto-close, it's small enough to fit in a very large purse or tote, and it has a very sturdy feel (unlike a number of smaller umbrellas I've owned, including Totes).

I love it.

This is well made and although not a true bargin worth the price. It just reaks of quality not found in other umbrellas that you can buy that are cheaper. Nothing worse than being caught with a cheap one when you really need it and it covers my whole body which isn't exactly small!
