The series was a lot of fun, however it was not allways that easy to take on many levels. The movie has succeeded in making the whole concept more balanced. It is surprising indeed to see what was the quitessential TV series actually be somewhat better than its original source. The characters are as is said somewhare more mature and while they still have the same obsessions they are more well-rounded off. The story-line continues what went on before and in addition to the girls we get the usual side-kicks such as Mr Big. What strokes of course is the somewhat too extreme glamourous way they dress: this strokes you at the beginning of the movie but afterwards it comes off quite naturally and creates also a very beautiful viewing experience. I was one of the lucky people who got tickets for the filming of this at the Pabst Theater in Milwaukee, WI. Not only did I get tickets, but I got upgraded to the 10th row! You will not be disappointed with this DVD. I laughed so hard my sides hurt the next day. I am so looking forward to getting this. I am also curious to see if I can find my son and I in the audience. LOL

Love, love, LOVE this movie!!! The gang is back to stick together through the rest of their lives in NYC. Through this film, each one makes the circle back to their true self. Enjoyable and magical! AND, although some parts might be deemed expected...don't expect the expected because there are many wonderfully happy and sad ones! Don't miss it!!! The is a MUST SEE!

I thought this movie was pretty funny. It ranks up there with Swingers as one of the really good sad sack guy break up films. It is simply hilarious watching this poor schlub getting his heart broken and dealing with the heart ache that goes along with it.

This movie has some pretty funny nudity in it so it is not for the kiddies.

As of 9/28/2008, which is more than a month away from the release date of this 3-disc Blu-ray version, how the heck there are 14 reviews already. I have no idea what values Amazon review board has since it allows anyone to rate ideas without actually purchaing and receiving it. Crap!!! is all I can say

If you like Tim Burton, or even if you don't, this show has a very fairy tale feel to it. The colors are bright and beautiful, the actors are charming, and the plot is very creative. This show is very much a gothic fairy tale. It is both uplifting and tragic at the same time. Check it out, you won't regret it!

The first two seasons of Sunny contain some of the best written comedy to appear on television in years. The third season barely seems like the same show. The characters are all a bit off and the scenarios are far more outlandish than previous seasons. A few plots are brazenly pulled from other series and some of the episodes are very, very weak (I'm looking at you, Fatty McGoo). The once hilarious McPoyle family has worn out it's welcome by the end of the fourth episode. Don't get me wrong, Sunny is still a good show, I'm just disappointed because I'm not laughing nearly as hard or as often as I was during the first two seasons.
