Jillian has done it again. This is by far the best workout video I have. I really get a great workout and feel like I am accomplishing something. I got this to help shed the baby weight from my pregnancy and it has worked. It is not boring and I look forward to the workout.

We rented this entire series, hoping that it would be a hit like Life of Mammals or Blue Planet. It isn't. We hoped that it would be an ecosystem or geological approach to the planet because it is, after all, called Planet Earth and the programs are called Fresh Water, Mountains, etc. It isn't. Instead, it is an eclectic collection of camerawork taken from various locations around the planet showing unusual geological formations (10%), weather occurrences (10%), and life at the extremes (10%). The rest is pure cinematography and focuses on the camera crew and how they got the shots. Needless to say, we were disappointed.

What we hated:
-a lot of jumping around from location to location with no logical organization ... Read More:

I had taken some yoga classes at the gym before but sometimes it was too challenging. Barbara takes you through a good pace with room for progression, so this DVD can last you a long time before moving on to something more advanced. The poses are challenging but not impossible, making me feel motivated to keep using this DVD. I like how you can choose the workouts to last from 20-70 minutes, so I can choose which one to do depending on how much time I have. You can target your exercises for specific parts of your body, like hamstrings, or choose a type of workout like the energizing one or quiet evening one. This was a well designed beginners program. I have been using this video since the beginning of my pregnancy and I am now almost 6 months along. I find that I appreciate it more as time goes on, because many of the poses help alleviate lower back pain I have from the changes in my body, and I can tell I feel stronger as my body keeps getting bigger. The background music is nice, the instructor's tone is pleasant, and the routine as a whole has a nice flow to it.

This is a good workout that had me sore the first time I tried it. I did find that I couldn't do the entire section of each focused muscle group, but that's probably because I'm not in good shape. I simply stopped that group and went to the next, which was relatively easy to do with the DVD.

This dvd has changed my life. Mentally and physically. Not only have I lost weight but I have a clear mind, and no hot flashes! They have seemed to have disappeared. Love,Love,Love the music, love his voice, and she's a doll. Perfect combo.

People can't nit-pick this one. This dvd isn't about being bent up like a pretzel.
It's about total well being. Definitely buy this one, you'll feel good!
