The packaging is very clean. I like it better than the USB drives that have a slider to push out the USB connecter with your thumb.

The secure area worked fine. This is not the highest level of security you can get on a USB drive. But it does offer peace of mind should the USB drive be lost.

I have used Kingston "ValueRam" in the past and have found it to be very reliable. Buying from Amazon saved me $60.00. Very easy to install and showed up in the display right away. On the computer that I installed it has a memory board with a maximum of 512 MB. Adding the extra 256 MB of RAM and deleting some programs and photos off my hard drive cut the boot up time in half.

I bought this to add into my MacBook Pro and I can see huge performance improvement. Loading 500MB scanned photograph into Photoshop used to take 5 minutes, now about under 30 seconds.

I just got my MBP back from repair and was very nervous about adding non-apple parts. I suspect the last problem I had came form bad memory. But this memory is certified to run my with MBP and I really believe I would get about the same quality to have Apple add the memory for me. So far, so good. The machine runs smoothly and is well behave, so I keep my finger crossed.
