I actually bought this card many months ago before they introduced the reader with it as a package deal, and I am considering buying another one just for the reader. Another reviewer mentions to "think twice" if this is why you might want to buy it, and I am... but the card really is good on its own in any case. I took it to a 3-week pilgrimage in Spain (where computer access was little to none) and was able to save a whopping 729 photographs on a 7.1MP Canon Elph -- plus room for more, I later found. I didn't upload any of the photos until I returned stateside, and many are still on the camera so that I can show them to people using the camera itself.

Transcend 4GB Mini SDHC Card is a great memory card. Works great with my Treo 750 without any hassels. So far I have had no problems with the speed. And for the price, I believe this is an awesom buy!

I bought this for use with my compact flash card for my Canon Digital Rebel camera. Compact flash cards are the ones where the reader has pins that plug into the end of the card. The slot was very tight and required a bit of a push to get the card in. I did not think anything of this as other card readers I have used were also tight. But to my dismay the pins on the card reader do not line up correctly with the card. Upon inspection I noticed that one of the pins in the reader had been bent over and another one had broken off in my card. Basically on first use the reader not only damaged itself but rendered my card useless as well. Don NOT buy this reader for CF cards.
