Zune 120 GB Video MP3 Player (Black)

I bought this item expecting a high quality product that would last long enough to be worth the price. But one month after purchase, with light usage, the battery has gone sour. I can listen to music a maximum of 2 hour before the battery goes empty, and video for 20 minutes; opposed to the advertised 30 hours of music and 4 hours of video. This is ridiculous, especially since i can't even return it for my full money back do to amazons policies. I hope they fix this problem, otherwise this is a magnificent piece of technology.

Ok, first the good. I really, really like the way it looks and the way the navigation circle work. Much better than my Sandisk Sansa (8GB also). I would give it five stars on those two things if it weren't for what I didn't like about it.

The bad: I just like to play songs continuously so I choose that option in the play menu. But everytime I turn it off when I leave my car, when I turn it back on again, it begins playing again at the last song SELECTED, not where it left off in the list. So it could start playing 15 or 20 songs back from where I want it too. I'm always losing my place in the list. That's just plain stupid, stupid, stupid. My Sansa is awesome. I love this unit. The remote only works when directly pointed at the base but it is great to be able to browse your collection and watch videos through a TV while using a remote. Great product and this does work with the 80gb Zune. In the instruction manual my unit came with there was instructions for how to properly outfit it for 80 gb.

Zune Home AV Pack v2

i recently purchased the Zune Home AV Pack V2 hoping the Zune 120 would fit since the dimensions is the same as the Zune 80...even though the Zune 120 will fit in the Zune 80 adapter plate for the stand it wont fit if the adapter plate is inserted into the stand..the plug-in insert to the Zune 80 sits further towards the back of the Zune player and the Zune 120 plug-in insert sits further towards the front....long story short the Zune 120 will fit with none of the adapter plates in but it looks ugly and is not recommended because you risk greatly ruining your Zune Home AV Pack V2! Take my word for it because I ended up buying this and then taking it back.
