I expected this Harissa to be super hot. It's hot, but it doesn't burn your tongue off or make your eyes tear. Really smooth with merguez sausage!

Delicate whole seed, delectable goodness. I've tried many mustards in my life and I keep coming back to this one. It's pricey but worth it. Full complex flavor yet not not overpowering. I have served it plain on crackers for hors doeuvres. Makes a nice gift too.
