My daughter is a cookie kinda gal..she loved the box of samplers that I sent to her for her Birthday.. She sat down with a tall glass of milk and ate to her heart content..WONDERFUL!!!!

I chose this product as I am not crazy about chocolate flavoured products. This goes well with coffee and good if you are in a hurry. It keeps me full till lunch time. I worry about the fat content however. I probably would need an input from a dietician regarding that.

I gave these wonderful brownies to my son-in-law who can buy just about any thing he wants..what can I say he couldn't stop talking about how lush and mouth exploding goodness these brownies are..so you think I made the top 10 in mother-in-laws, you bet ya! Joseph's makes an entire line of sugar-free cookies that are just 2 carbs per cookie (about 1 1/2" in diameter). My personal favorites on the different flavors are Lemon, Oatmeal and Almond. All three of these are delicious, especially as a dessert while watching carbs - there is nothing in their taste that even hints at "artificial sweetener". Other flavors are Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter (sort of bland), Pecan Shortbread (more along the line of a Pecan Sandie rather than an actual shortbread). The cookies are delicious, but because of the size, low-carb dieters will need to have good self-discipline in order to keep the actual carb count down when eating them.

I'm impressed by these Joseph cookies,,,I think they are amazingly good for being so low calorie. Even my mother likes them, and she's not diabetic or watching her weight like me. They are a little on the hard side, but probably will be softer in the summer when we have some humidity. I'm sure these are delicious when dipped in to a little milk. I also love the fact they are made in New Mexico, my former home and by such a good company with good karma!

I was looking for a traditional treat for a family event and I was very impressed by the quality of the food and the service from Shatila. The pastries were very fresh and delivered quickly with no dramatic shipping mark-up. They are very reasonably priced and I am placing another order now as a gift for a friend. I highly recommend them.

These are the only gluten free cookies I have ever tried that truly taste like Oreos! If you liked Oreos before and can't have them now, this is your cookie. I plan to use them to make cookies and cream ice cream next! They are a little pricey (near $6 at my health food store, but better priced here) but totally worth it.
