This is actually just a comment. I am an oatmeal lover, and am about to start slow-cooking them overnight on the recommendation of a friend. I know that the quality and taste reviews of McCann's and Honeyville are very similar, but the notion propagated by some that these are substantially cheaper is not correct. Here on Amazon, even without the auto-ship discount, the McCann's 4-pack is 22.38 cents/ounce [with free prime shipping], while the Honeyville is 22.54 [including shipping]. QUINOA, 10 lb Bag

Because my local WholeFoods and other stores had run out of quinoa, I looked into buying it online. And even with shipping costs, this turned out to be a good decision, as in the US Northeast, quinoa costs skyrocketed around August 2008, from $2/pound to $4 and up.

This is a bulk bag of quinoa from Angelina's Gourmet, shipped quickly in a box, and is in all respects just like what you'd buy in the bulk section of your local health food store. Excellent value both financially and nutritionally.

The oats arrived on time and in great condition. I am going to freeze half of them to keep them out of harm's way while we eat the rest. If anyone is interested, I put a cup of oats, 4 cups of water, a pinch of salt and a pinch of cinnamon in an over safe casserole. I place this into the oven at 350' for about 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.I sometimes add a little more water, if I feel it is too thick. When it is cooled I put the container into the refrigerator. Both my husband and I eat oatmeal for breakfast. When he is hungry for his, he scoops out one cup of oatmeal and warms it up in the microwave. He likes to add raisins and brown sugar. I like mine plain.
