Last Christmas I left my husband with a batch of sugar cookie dough in the fridge and told him to make Christmas cookies. So, he cut out and baked dozens of trees. Palm trees. Hmmm, I never thought palm trees were particularly Christmas-y, but what do I know? I then assigned him the task of decorating the cookies and left him with a variety of options and was a bit timid to see what he would do. What he did was pipe them all in white and then dust them with opal sanding sugar. They looked gorgeous and very festive. I think the cookies got more compliments than anything else we prepared for the party!

I sent 3 chesecakes as presents they were very small and very disapointing. I will not be ordering from there ever again! I spent $65.00 for chesecakes the size of a small desert plate.

Grandmas Original Fruit and Nut Cake (2 pound)

I've tried many and made my own in my search for the perfect fruitcake, and Grandma's fruitcake is the best I have had.

1. It has fruit, not that horrid candied citrine.
2. The added liquors give the cake wonderful added flavor and doesn't overwhelm the fruits and nuts.
3. It is wonderfully moist.

If people say they don't like fruitcake, they have never tried a Grandma's fruitcake.

Omaha Steaks 1 (6 in) Chocolate Lover's Cake

I had sent this as a birthday cake to my sister-in-law and the cake arrived right on time. It was a classic omaha cake, with a creamy inside and good chocolate layer.
Its a good gift and the folks who shipped it, did a good job of packaging it right, no transit damage was seen on the cake itself and it tasted quite fresh and delicious!
Would recommend strongly and i'd buy again.

Sapori Panforte Margerita

Although I have never eaten a fruitcake I liked, I LOVE panforte. It appears to have most of the same ingredients as fruitcake, but something about having it condensed into a flat, dense cake makes all the difference in the world. It doesn't appear to have as much candied fruit as fruitcake, which makes it better in my opinion. It's like eating a great brownie vs. a mediocre piece of cake.

Bauli il Panettone 2.2 lb

I find this brand of panettone to best of the 3-4 brands that I have tried.
The bread is soft and moist with a wonderful flavor, the crust is full of flavor with a slightly chewy texture, and the fruit pieces are plentiful and tasty.

Geoff & Drew's Signature Chocolate Blue Box of 8 Fresh Baked Brownies

The brownies arrived on time and my parents enjoyed them. I was a bit concerned because the package contained 2 large brownies and I was expecting 8. I wrote to the company and queried and they responded promptly, explaining that each large brownie represented 4 of their normal brownie and that in the summer the brownies are cut much larger to prevent deterioration during transport. Based on the size of the brownies that explanation seemed quite reasonable so I was satisfied.
