I fell in love with flowering green teas from our local tea shoppe, but I was very dismayed with the price ($4/ball!!!).

I was elated to find this listing since it amounts to about $1.50 per tea ball and it tastes great, better than what we get at the fancy store. It has a light delicate flavor that doesn't get bitter at all! You can make five pots of tea without degradation of flavor or any increase in bitterness.

Highly recommended!

Being recently diagnosed as diabetic, I am always on the lookout for good tasting sugar free snacks and these cookies are a just that! The cookies are very good and even my kids like them!

The serving size is 4 smallish cookies at roughly 100 calories and less than 18 carbs (6 in Malitol, so total is less). This is a good snack size and does not seem to effect my blood sugar levels in any significant way.

Highly Recommended! I also recommend Joseph's Lite Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cookies 11 oz. bag

Freeze Dried Strawberries CAN, 6 oz.

I do know how to dry strawberries. These, however, are better- okay, MUCH better. However, I want to warn potential buyers of possible disappointment when you open the can. In my canister, the strawberries took up about 1/2 the can. It was not filled to the top.

Now, take a look at the price. These are NOT cheap. However, I am ordering two more of these. Why? For several reasons. They keep indefinitely, even after being opened. However, they don't last long in our household so I need to have some hidden in our pantry.

Also, what if the power went out. What if your frozen or fresh strawberries weren't available? These have plenty of Vitamin C per serving (60% of the DV which I believe is Daily Value) and only 15 calories ... Read More:

Avid user of QUINOA (Keenwa). This grain is a great cereal (add a sweetner or fruit (fresh or dried), add some nuts (chopped almonds, pecans, brazil, filberts or sunflower seeds)add juice or milk and you have a filling breakfast. My favorite is grated apples, dates and chopped pecans, I add some cinnamon, nutmeg and milk.

For Lunch I add any chopped veggies (tomatoes, cucumber, green onions, bell peppers, avocado, olives, raw peas, corn - you get the idea) I have on hand (raw & chopped), with some basil, oregano, parsley (any combination of herbs you enjoy) with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar on a bed of lettuce and you have a great and filling lunch. You may add cooked or leftover chicken.

I've been using this truffle salt for about a year now, and I can't say enough good about it. It is, in fact, fabulous! You need only a tiny pinch to add an incredible truffle flavor to what ever you are serving. Try roasting asparagus with a little olive oil and a light sprinkle of this truffle salt. While it seems expensive initially, it takes so little to make a big impact, it really isn't that costly. The truffle scent is so intense, you can smell it through the jar. And if you're a truffle lover, that scent is almost better than French perfume.

I've been having terrible cravings for Ginger and you wouldn't believe how difficult it is to find decent 'Crystalized Ginger' 'round these parts. The candied ginger I've found at the local grocery store could have been plain ol' sugar cubes for all it's worth. You couldn't taste the ginger and the texture... just horrible. This ginger however is AMAZING! Great sweetness with a good balance of 'spiciness' thrown in. You can definately taste the ginger in these sugared goodies!
