This Chipotle sauce is really good! I'm not a big fan of hot sauce, but I like this stuff. My spouse loves it and I just had to reorder some more. Good in all kinds of food. Has a nice smoky flavor. Excellent addition to homemade chili (I always add some while cooking it). Order multiple bottles to save on shipping.

Mango Puree

Item arrived quickly and frozen on dry ice. After sampling a thawed container, I have to say this is the best canned mango product I've tried. It was very sweet like a fresh mango should taste....NOT like the typical flavorless mango mush in heavy syrup. This would be good for anything requiring mangos from a fruit smoothie to mango nut bread to mango wine. I've got 6 gallons of mango wine going and so far so good!

I also contacted The Perfect Puree's customer service before ordering and they provided me with the information I needed on sugar content.

Will definitely buy more and possibly try some of the other purees they sell.

This dijon has a great kick to it and goes great with all sorts of cured meats. It also works well in salad dressings, sauces, and anything else you want to through it in. If you love dijon mustard, you really need to buy this now!

Had this in Sedona at a Mexican roadside stand recommended in the New York Times. Went looking for it in every grocery store in the area and bought a few bottles which have since run out. Am so happy to find it on Amazon. Our guests who try it, love it and ask us to buy them bottles of it.It's awesome.

This is amazing stuff. I don't really know how to describe it adequately, but it is amazing. I slather it on anything mexican or tex-mex that I eat (burritos, chili, etc) and at least try it on just about anything else (usually it's pretty good!)

It says extra hot, and I suppose it is compared to average hot sauces, but it's nothing unbelievably painful or ridiculously spicy or antyhing... it mainly has a really good flavor while still providing a nice kick.
