Lindberg Snider Porterhouse & Roast Seasoning 14oz.

I first found Porterhouse Seasoning when it was called Prime Rib Seasoning in a little fish shop on the Oregon Coast. I bought 1 and when I went back I bought out the shop. Since then I have had a tough time finding the product. I slather a roast in Dijon mustard and the liberally sprinkle the seasoning and the put the roast on the rotisserie. When all is said and done, I have a roast with a flavorful crust and a juicy core.
What I have not been able to find is "Lemon Up" by Lindberg & Snyder. I found Lindberg & Snyder makes a Lemon Pepper but it is not the same. I bought these vanilla beans a while ago when they were on sale. They came fresh and fragrant and is a wonderful addition to my baking! I keep them in the ziplock baggie that it came with in a air-tight glass container and it is still fresh. I would not recommend buying them at full price as they are a bit expensive. Also, [...] started carrying vanilla beans so it you can, buy it there for less.

Nebraska Steak Salt Seasoning

This is the best stake/season salt I have found for grilling. It is odd that it comes from a recording company, but then again, most of the truly great products aren't made by typical manufactures. Anyway, the salt is great for more than just stakes. I used it on most of the beef items I throw on the grill. Oh, and sometimes the corn too. At any rate, it really helps bring out the flavor in the food! Do yourself a favor and pick some up. Happy grilling.

This vanilla needs 10 stars!

I have tasted a few different vanillas from Mexico but Molina beats them all so far. Common vanillas sold on the grocery shelves taste like rubbing alcohol. I have tasted some pure vanillas and they also taste like cheap low grade alcohol.

Get this vanilla if you want your baked goods to taste at their best.

This is the best sodium free alternative there is...it's pleasant tasting and feels like salt on the tongue. Some of the others leave a bitter aftertaste but this one enriches foods. Since I eat a lot of low-sodium soups, I find this additive a necessity to making meals a lot more enjoyable. I carry it with me in my carry on, just to make sure I have it on trips...no sense in getting a blood pressure spike just because I couldn't find my product.
