I read alot of good reviews of this product, and a couple bad reviews here and there, about 75%-25%. I was not at all happy with the product. My fiance and I workout regularly mon-fri, and wanted to drop a couple extra pounds on the side. For her, she got nothing from a 2-pill a day routine, still tired and hungry. For me, it worked for about 2 days, but with lifting, I am always hungry. I thought it would curve that or at least minimize it. The only thing it did for me is not allow me to get a good nights sleep. Don't recommend.

This is a very good product in my opinion. I was personally able to increase muscle size and ability to use heavier weights. I recommend it to anyone who is like me and is a "hard-gainer." This product is not a must-have amazing solution, but it does help, and in my opinion, it really did help me a lot but again you do not need it to get stronger or bigger. And it should be taken with caution for anyone who is in competitive sports. I got really heavy into lifting this past january.. first i took nano vapor and anabolic halo.. then i took no xplode and cell mass.. The bsn products made muscle tech look like a damn joke. muscle tech is a joke.. bsn is the real deal with nano vapor i got nothing but headaches and garbage. As soon as i started taking the bsn stuff i saw instant gains and my body reacted much better. I saw way better results with the bsn products... with the nano and halo stack i saw very little gains, but with bsn i saw huge gains my bench went from 165 to 245 in a little over 6 weeks and got nasty cuts in my chest and dropped 10 lbs of fat. This is the first product to give me the results I was after. The delivery (shipping) took about 6 or 7 days. I'm about two weeks away from an empty bottle so I ordered another bottle today. These past two weeks have yielded great results! My back, shoulders and arms have really responded and people are already paying compliments on size gained. I've also been eating a lot of quality calories. But eating big is the norm for me, however, eating big and taking SUS500 has made a considerable difference. I've been into nutrition supplements since I met Emergen-C and FizzIt/Zip Fizz, and various multi-vitamins. Several members of my family are body builders and health nuts. My sister recommended this product to me.

First off, I got this for $45 at a local GNC store (with membership). I was surprised I could get the same stuff at Amazon, with subscription for $25...

I usually take just one pack a day with a very tall glass of water after breakfast. You definitely will want to take this with food and PLENTY of water. One thing you will notice after taking this, your body will want water and lots of it. Throughout the entire day I feel a noticeable rise in energy as if I had a really dark cup of coffee.
