Barry's Boot Camp is absolutely AMAZING!! It is the best at-home workout I have ever tried! Not to mention it saves you a lot of time!! I am a graduate student, so I don't have much free time, but these workouts easily fit into my hectic schedule. My arms got toned, and I lost inches off my waist and my thighs in just under 2 months!! I started seeing results in about 2 weeks. To top it all...ITS FUN!!! I RECOMMEND THIS WORKOUT FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS!!! I LOVE IT!!!!

I found this ball and pump to be of poor quality. And, though it said 65cm on the box, it only wanted to inflate to about 55cm. Just to accomplish this, I had to use a foot pump that I'd received a couple of months earlier with the purchase of an Altus exercise ball. By the time this Valeo ball got to 55cm it was very very full. And, again, the box said 65cm. I'm returning this ball and ordering another Altus.
I didn't have high hopes for this dirt cheap exercise machine and it didn't even manage to live up to those. Basically this machine is useless unless you find a way to anchor it to the floor and/or are too small to actually move it. My intention was to use it at the office under my desk but I couldn't make it stay put no matter what I tried. In addition, the difficulty setting mechanism is impossible to use and has only two levels - frictionless and stuck. Overall this was a big disappointment and I ended up returning it (thanks to Amazon for the great return policy). In two words - don't bother.
I purchased this ball with the recommended mini air pump from the vendor Sissel recently. The mini air pump is a piece of junk --- came with no instruction at all, and a needle that can not be fitted to the pump. The ball looks bad as well --- well as you cannot use the pump as they advertised, you have to use a straw to inflate it.
I'm so disappointed with these products that I want to return them -- however, I was told by the C.R. that I'm not going to be refunded for the freight cost ($6.49) and I have to ship it back out of my own pocket --- and you can imagine how cheap the company is. Better just go to some local sports store and buy a better pilates ball.

I bought this product based on the recommendation of the reviews posted on Amazon. My product arrived today. I am very pleased. Although this is the less expensive unit it is all that I want and more. I do not see why I would want to spend more money when this product is more than adequate.
The materials and quality are top-notch. I found assembly to be a snap and I'm not usually a mechanical type person.
I was recently diagnosed with multiple bugling discs and S1 nerve compression. I am currently in physical therapy without much relief. I have not yet experienced the benefits of this device as I just received it today. My back is so tight that I did not experience much movement while hanging upside down for 5 minutes. ... Read More:

I'm using the purple 3-pound hand weights right now and can't wait to graduate to these pretty blue 5-pounders when I go out on my walks. I'm just not there quite yet. But I have used these for stationary arm exercises and these are great! Easy to hold on to. Good little fold-out directions with picture instructions of some good arm-toning exercises come with all sets of the Valeo Neoprene Hand Weights. Nice touch!

The Gaiam Balance ball was referred to me by a friend (thank U Suzy) so I went to their web site and checked it out but when I reviewed the pricing decided to shop around for the same product and found it on Amazon. I bought it there due to a special sale as well as free shipping that turned out to be 2 day Fed Ex and saved $70. I am extremely happy with my chair. The only change I would make to it (and may still do myself) is to have better rollers for it. I am on it 40 hours a week at my office cubicle for a month now and I need it as I have an injury to my sacrum causing pinched nerves and pain in my hips and legs if I sit for 40 hours on my expensive adjustable office chair. The ball is strengthening my core and I am not in as much pain now. ... Read More:

I'm slightly disappointed with this. My hands tend to get sweaty and slip while in certain yoga positions (down dog, etc.), and I had hoped this mat would alleviate that, but it doesn't. My hands and bare feet slip on this too. I wear weight lifting gloves now to prevent slipping. I still use the mat as it helps to somewhat cushion my body and my lower back, but would not purchase another like it. It may work better on a bare floor than on carpet. There are 2 of these in a local recreation center where I also workout and they are fine there.
